Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

This was my first time at Beck & Masten Kia, and I can confidently say this is now our go-to dealership. I had a terrible experience at a different dealership when I bought my last Telluride, so I came in a little skeptical, but the team here completely turned that around. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I barely had to wait before being helped, and I ended up working with their Salesman of the Month. He was awesome, helpful, laid-back, not pushy at all, and even took the time to chat with me about my kids. The dealership itself is really nice and spacious. My family was able to relax comfortably inside, and my youngest daughter, even had fun interacting with their big cardboard Carfax fox. Little things like that made the whole experience feel relaxed and family-friendly. The process was surprisingly fast. Even the finance manager, who was clearly slammed, was still friendly and efficient. My only (small) critique was that they could use more finance staff. I got rushed out of the office a bit before I finished everything with USAA, but they followed up quickly and I was able to pick up the car just 30 minutes later without any issues. There was also a small hiccup with a missing rubber cup holder insert in the used Telluride I bought, but my salesman took care of it immediately without making it a hassle. All around, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Great people, great service, and a dealership that genuinely makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend Beck & Masten Kia in Tomball.

First of all, your sales agent and sales manager did not give me details or terms and conditions of the Maintenance & Hazardous Plans that was charged on contract until after the fact! I had to go back and request written detail info of what the plans covered or not covered! You have to give clients the option to buy plans to avoid this problem of deceptive trade practices! Secondly, after i requested refund of these plans, it took 2 months before my refund was applied to my balance with Kia Finance. Third, according to the terms of conditions each plan I cancelled before 90 days was to be charged $50 each, or $100 in my case. I never used the plans and was still charged over $300 from my refund amount! In conclusion, in my opinion, your customer service, business practices, and overcharging my refund was a bad experience with Kia personnel! You failed to appreciate that i bought your vehicle and felt your people weren’t happy for me to request my refund of the worthless plans!! Yes, you can call me if you want to discuss this rating! I agreed to sell my Pontiac to Viva Mitsubishi on May 10th. I provided both sets of keys and a clean and clear Pennsylvania title to the salesperson and signed all of the paperwork. No money is owed on the vehicle. On May 12th I was asked to provide my Pennsylvania registration and to pick up a pair of sunglasses I had left in the vehicle. I went right after work and completed that. On May 22nd, I was asked to return to the dealership and sign a request for a duplicate title. I found it odd when I arrived, but was assured it is common practice. Today, June 2nd, I'm told I must call Pennsylvania to provide a title number since there is a discrepancy with CARFAX. The dealership was given the title and my registration in May. Pennsylvania wont change a title number to a vehicle? Maybe there is a CARFAX typo or issue, but i find that hard to believe because the CARFAX shows the title dates accurately for my time owning the vehicle. I haven't been paid the agreed price in nearly a month, but the vehicle has been advertised for sale on the dealerships website since May 16th. Ive filed complaints today with TX DMV and BBB, and will start consulting attorneys. Please avoid trade-ins and selling your vehicles to this place before you read all prior reviews. People have gone over a year without the ability to register purchased vehicles. It seems the management, finance team, and title clerk do not understand title transfers at all. Ive bought and sold over 30 vehicles, this is a first for me.

This dealership is awesome. They got me in and out in under an hour for my 10,000 service, oil change, and tire rotation and I didn't even have an appointment. The tire rotation was free and they washed the car. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to be around. The environment in the dealership is very pleasant. There is always someone available in parts to provide service and support. I highly recommend this dealership

If I could give zero stars I would. They add to the contract stating you NEED to have them in order to purchase the vehicle and then don’t provide support documents for said coverage. The warranty company they use also has horrible reviews. Trying to get an answer from them is next to impossible. I’m on day 2 of trying to get help. Go somewhere else for a vehicle.

Left a review yesterday about the terrible customer service from Luxury Auto Works and a 1986 Mercedes classic car we bought recently and the problems we are having with it that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, and how the owner Thomas won’t even answer our emails or phone calls. Just ridiculous!! My friend Lyla, a retired schoolteacher bought the car and since that time we had a certified mechanic in San Antonio look it over and says it had numerous mechanical issues that were obviously not disclosed at purchase, and we were told that these are not recent issues. Anyway, we do not recommended Luxury Auto for anything!!!

Set up a time with Chrissy met her early inspected vehicle took drive made cash offer and finished paperwork exactly as shown in posting with no changes or additions. Chrissy and all staff I met were friendly and helpful. I have a few days for closer look by my mechanic but expect no hiccups. Thanks for a fast and pleasant transaction 5/24/25.
