This was my first time at Beck & Masten Kia, and I can confidently say this is now our go-to dealership.
I had a terrible experience at a different dealership when I bought my last Telluride, so I came in a little skeptical, but the team here completely turned that around. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I barely had to wait before being helped, and I ended up working with their Salesman of the Month. He was awesome, helpful, laid-back, not pushy at all, and even took the time to chat with me about my kids.
The dealership itself is really nice and spacious. My family was able to relax comfortably inside, and my youngest daughter, even had fun interacting with their big cardboard Carfax fox. Little things like that made the whole experience feel relaxed and family-friendly.
The process was surprisingly fast. Even the finance manager, who was clearly slammed, was still friendly and efficient. My only (small) critique was that they could use more finance staff. I got rushed out of the office a bit before I finished everything with USAA, but they followed up quickly and I was able to pick up the car just 30 minutes later without any issues.
There was also a small hiccup with a missing rubber cup holder insert in the used Telluride I bought, but my salesman took care of it immediately without making it a hassle.
All around, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Great people, great service, and a dealership that genuinely makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend Beck & Masten Kia in Tomball.
