I bought a 2013 Cadillac CT6 From Mike Smith Volkswagen Used Cars in 2023. I paid the total in cash and cashier's check, so I own it free and clear. Here it is 03/24 and I did get new plates but never received the title in my name. Every time I call, they tell me I need to file for a lost title. More expense on my part for their lack of doing their business. All the other places I've bought from, I would get the title at time of purchase or within a week. I will never do business there again and I suggest everyone stay away from them. Totally dissatisfied. May just run the caddy through the front window and leave it.

Vandergriff Honda is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 82 years of life. I went from a 2007 Toyota to my 2021 CRV. The technology was overwhelming to say the least. Chris Lapid is my service advisor and he is by far the best advisor I have EVER had for servicing my cars. He is so knowledgeable and has been able to fix anything I was having trouble with. I rate Chris with the highest possible marks in all categories.

One hundred percent the best experience so far! They did what they said and said what they did. Look for James Brown, you will not be sorry. I went back and purchased a car after observing this organization. Working with a friend of mine who had some struggles with various aspects of their deal and they were treated with dignity and respect to the entire process. I was very impressed. So I came back the following week and purchased a car for my daughter. You just can't find this level of service and integrity anymore. It's not going to cost you anything to check them out.

Jose as sales rep is amazing, he helped me alot. Dealership is great, only negative point is $4000+ charge for warranties which doesn’t make any sense and kind of rip off. Its not upto to sales guys or managers to remove those, thats on management. Otherwise once numbers are decided process is pretty smooth and quick. Finance is pretty quick also.

I tried to everything online to save myself time since I would be driving from a different city. I was told that I would need to go in store to start the process so I could talk to a manager. Why do we need salespeople if I have to talk to the manager to buy a car?

Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error
