I drove approximately three hours to Waco to pick up sight unseen a vehicle that I had viewed on Carfax. When I arrived the vehicle was parked at the front entrance. I was met by Roberto the salesman I had spoken to on the phone. The complete transaction from start to finish with Mercedes of Waco was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company and its staff to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

The only thing good I experienced with this dealership is the service department so far. Kristy & the rest of the other 2 sales ladies did were great! The sales side of the dealership (Deborah & Oliver Lacey) were not a good experience or the best service.

They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a great car that fit my budget. The financing part was easy too even with not so great credit, they made it work. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and wanted to help, which you don’t always get at dealerships. Definitely recommend checking them out!
