My New "Slug-bug " - Slug-bug
I had a very good experience with Street Volkswagen! My salesman Sean, was very informative, very efficient, had a very positive attitude and was very friendly and easy to deal with. I enjoyed working with him and would refer him to anyone. 😊
GREAT SALESMAN & GREAT SERVICE - Ms. Marilyn
Carlos worked hard for me. He was so kind and patient. He knew my credit wasn't that good but he didn't judge me at all. He reassured me that everything will be ok. He treated me like a customer who had an 800 credit score. I would recommend all my family and friends to him and to this dealership. He didn't give me false hope. He was straight up with me and I love his honesty. That was one of the best experience I had in buying a car. I end up leaving with a 2017 VW Jetta!!! I love it!!!! Thank you Hiley Mazda/VW of Arlington and thank you Carlos!
A very pleasant process - Silver18
After contacting the dealership about looking to test-drive some different models, I had a great experience working with Jay Wilson. He was very informative on the various models and packages available and never badgered us or made us feel pressured (unlike other area dealers). We ended up test driving a number of different models and Jay was timely thereafter in helping us choose which financing plan was going to be a good fit for us. Once we finally decided on a model and package, Larry Chabert was very helpful in taking us through the necessary paperwork and provided a wealth of knowledge
Great Service Department - cannonscorner53
I am very happy with Southwest Volkswagen, when I go in to have my TDI Wagon serviced they always treat me like I am the only customer they have. Their prices are very reasonable and they never do any work that is not needed. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Fair, honest, and reasonable, what more could you ask for.
Pre-Owned Purchase, Great Service - CMJetta
I really appreciated the great customer service I received when making a purchase at Charles Maund VW. I had specific requirements for a pre-owned vehicle, and Barry Westover in Sales helped me find the car that met my needs and get to the price I felt comfortable with. I never felt pressured and they made sure I was happy with each step of the process. Compared to elsewhere, a hassle-free car-buying experience!
Very helpful! - snuggles23
I'm young and it was my first time buying a car, I had a few problems, but both Javier Dominguez and the finance manager, Dylan Godesteanu, were extremely helpful and patient with me. I think I called/texted/emailed Javier a million times during the process, but he was always attentive and willing to help and never talked down to me. Eventually got the exact car I wanted! Would highly recommend both this dealership and Javier and Dylan!
Best auto purchase..... EVER..!!!!! - D Branham
My wife and I drove cross town to see a GLI Archer had in stock and to see what kind of an offer they could make us for our trade. We were met at the door by Kirk who was very welcoming and extremely patient with us while we had to call our insurance company to have an insurance card faxed in. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and you could tell that their staff was very close knit - just a different vibe entirely.
The very first offer they made us was equal to the best offer we received the day before at another dealer after an hour and a half of haggling.... My wife is extremely conservative and responsible which naturally makes her a tough sale and always inclined to "walk"; but, Patrick was determined to make us an offer that would "knock your socks off" and make your "can't do it yet" into "I can't leave without it" and he did.
Every person we dealt with was extremely courteous, friendly and you could tell enjoy what they do. Jeremy explained that MANY of their staff have worked for Mr. Archer for 10 years or more and it shows. I love buying from a family owned business rather than a huge corporation - that still means something to me.
In my almost 40 years of driving, I've purchased numerous cars; but, yesterday's experience was the easiest, least stressful and most fun auto purchasing experience of my life. I could not possibly recommend a dealership more highly and if you don't give Archer a chance on your next purchase you will be doing yourself a disservice.
C'Mon in and see if you you can out bang me on the gong after you buy...!!! I doubt it. :-)!
150K Tune Up - lrojas
Aaron Allison was thoroughly ptofessional. Delivered constant updates while I waited on my vehicle. Aaron also handled all my questions with aplomb. She deserves highest recommendations because she gave me a reason to return to the Rusty Wallis Volkswagon dealership.

The best customer service. - Melissa Joy Bagwell
I walked in the other day, and was needing help finding a vehicle, and was immediately greated from, Landon Beck. He was great, answered all my questions and more. He was very honest and upfront about everything. I highly recommend anyone to visit, Landon Beck, at Lewisville Volkswagen, who is in need of a new vehicle. Thanks for everything!
The only VW dealership I trust in El Paso! - Mslopez3
Recently bought a 2016 VW at Rudolph Volkswagen and the customer service was, for lack of a better word, perfect! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brian Lane was exceedingly good and helpful! You must check out this dealership! You certainly won't be disappointed!

FRAUD AT ITS FINEST.....Unauthorized application for credit - Tammy Tracy Bailey
My daughter went into the dealership in hopes of financing her car in her name alone. The salesman requested that she give them additional information stating they needed it to verify her information. That information they asked her for included my social security number. I had already secured financing for her a vehicle through my credit union and did not need financing. The dealership insisted they could get her financed in her name alone. They never called me or asked my permission nor did I sign anything allowing them the right to run my credit or did I ever fill out a credit application. In the end I have many hard inquiries from this dealership at several financing institutions and even though I have reported this to the credit bureau and the three credit reporting agencies - it is being very difficult to get them removed. It appears there is a law called the USA Patriot Act H.R. 3162 Section 326 that does actually protect people like myself that never gave permission for them to run my credit or they have stated that I filled out the application which is definitely a lie since I live 200 miles away from Corpus Christi. So not only am I leaving this review I will proceed to the BBB and I think I will file the complaint under the Patriot Act.
Gaining Momentum at Momentum - Mason Little
My experience with Momentum Volkswagen has been the best dealership relationship I have had. My sales consultant Enrico Wood was professional, Courteous and attentive to all my inquiries. I would venture to say he went above and beyond my expectations by upgrading my purchase and still keeping me on the budget we had agreed to. I highly recommend any one interested in a great buying experience to contact Enrico and let him take you through the VW journey
TDI disaster/dealer con artist - TDIdisaster
I own a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. When the buy back first hit the news I was very disheartened because I was in love with my car. I considered myself a Volkswagen customer for life. My intention was to was to let Volkswagen correct their mistake until finding out they would no longer produce diesels in the USA. So at that point we started the paper process for a monetary buy back. A little ways into the process my check engine light came on and the car would not start. Part of the requirements for vw to repay my loan on car is for the car to be running. So I complied and towed the car to the service department at vw of the woodlands. I was told that the EGR Valve was the problem keeping the car from starting. I paid 1040.00 and still the car did not start. I was then told that the valve was masking the real problem (which was suspected to be the real issue to begin with) was the ECM the main brain of the car. vw said it would be another 1498.00 needing to be ordered from Germany and paid for up front. it took 7 weeks to come up with the money for that after being donated by a member of my church, otherwise I still would be saving. I asked why they fixed a part that didn't need to be fixed for the car to start and was told they had to fix it to properly diagnose the ECM. Which turns out to be a lie. the EGR is not needed on the car at all to run or start it is only there for the emissions to run properly. They ordered the part said it would be 10 business days. upon the 10th day I was told the part was faulty, that a new one would be here in 3 days on the 3rd day no phone call. I called them and was told that vw COULD NOT sell the ECM in the USA because it contained the illegal software that vw was being sued over the emissions to begin with. I asked for a full refund and was told no. I ended up speaking with Ryan the head of service he issued a refund for the ECM 1498.00 but not for the egr stating he spoke to a vw rep and that was how he got them to give me my exemption on the can needing to be running for buy back. When I told him I wanted to speak to this rep he said if he was me he wouldn't open up that can of worms it was to hard to get the exemption and vw might take it back if I continue to insist on the refund matter. My husband has signed a leagal contract saying the car runs and they have provided nothing stating we are exempt in writing. I still have to make my car loan and I have no car at all to drive. I then contacted vw customer care was assigned an advocated that only called ryan at vw of the woodlands and ryan stated he stood by their work the advocate in turns calls me and says there is nothing they can do to make them repay the money. That we was exempt though I asked when I would receive this in writing and he was under the impression we already had this. When I told him we do not he said he would get this for us, 1 week later still nothing. I then started calling the General Manger of vw of the woodlands Michael Riggs, he investigated the issue never called me back I had to call him, he said vw corp. states that tech followed proper procedure by fixing the egr because the law states it has to be running properly, that his dealership is only accountable to Volkswagen NOT THE CONSUMER. That it would be poor business for him to refund the 1040.00 just to make a customer happy. I then told him there was 2 other was to diagnose the ECM. Told to me by other tech in in other severice dept. in vw. 1 tech he would have started by making sure that the wires had good economic for sending and receiving before fixing any part, second he would have used a DCI break out box to bypass the ECM to see if the issue went away. If this was done before fixing the egr then they would have none they couldn't get the ECM and this would not be happening to me. Both Volkswagen corp. and the vw of the woodland is pushing the blame back and forth. I was told by Michael Riggs to call customer service back and escalate the complaint maybe corp. would take care of it because they was just a tiny dealership and could not afford to take that kind of hit. I responded to him TINY I AM ONE INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS BEEN WRONGED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES AND Volkswagen. So I have done what he said called and complained got told the same thing no refund is going to be given by vw corp. have to take that up with the dealership and that someone would be contacting me about me not being able to be apart of the buy back because the car no longer runs. So I have called attorneys and most want nothing to do with it because I am technically still in the buy back as of now. One said if they kicked us out then we could start with a demand letter costing 250.00 a piece and then 2500.00 up front retainer if having to go to court he would not say an hourly rate. So I want people who have Volkswagen to BEWARE first of of this dealership because of their trickery and dishonesty. That is not just contained to the service department apparently otherwise the GM would make the situation right. So I wouldn't buy a car from them if they was the only dealership available. I also would drive as far as I had to avoid their service department Ryan the service head and Ben who no longer is with the company he is at Hyundai Huntsville so I am told. Carlton the service writer is all cons and fix to make a profit.
Don't buy here - Tony Helms
Do not buy from these people they will tell you anything to sell you a car.. The car I bought had only 38000 miles I've had it for 3 months and had to take it to get worked on.. The warranty they sold us doesn't cover everything like the man said ..He told us is was bumper to bumper and thats was lie there is also a deductible on the warranty which he did not notify us of that. He said the car was pre owned certified which was a lie.. He told us that they work with BMW of Dallas and that is where they get their mini coopers from which is where I had to take my car to get fixed and I just found out that was a lie too.. It's going to cost over $6000 to get it fixed and the so called warranty will only cover $3000... About the third day after I had the car I called them and told them that the check engine light was on and they said that that's normal Mini Coopers do that sometimes it'll turn on and then it will turn off S since the third day that I got this car I've been having problems with it do not buy anything from these people..Itt will cost you more than you think..
Great Experience - Britta Hall
What a great car buying experience at Clay Cooley VW Richardson. It started with just kinda browsing the lot while waiting for new tires to be put on my car. Eric Williams walked out of the building and instantly changed direction to take care of me. From the moment he asked if he could help me to the moment I rolled off the lot, Eric took great care of me. He listened to what I needed, he listened and understood my financial parameters and challenges and he worked on my deal until it was done. GM Robert Kersh got involved as well and in the end made the deal possible. Going through Finance was a breeze once the deal was final. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership Thursday and Friday. None of that 'spend all day here' waste of time. Everybody was conscious of my time and I very much appreciated that. The friendliness, care, respect, and speed of going through and finishing transactions was phenomenal and unlike any experience I've had before. If you are looking for a great VW dealership to buy your car from, Clay Cooley VW Richardson is it. The people there make the experience. And if you need work on your car, I know first hand that they have on of the best teams of techs. VW or other brand, ask for Nathan Raines. You'll get a great mechanic with him.
Satisfied Customer - Mona O.
I give Volkswagen Onion Creek a 5 Star rating, because they were very professional and provided me with the best customer service during my stressful situation with my new vehicle that I purchased at Nissan of San Marcos...don't ever go there! VW Onion Creek even provided me with a loaner until I was able to figure out my transportation situation. Thank you to all the staff and especially Robert Rodriguez for all his hard work!
Wonderful buying Experience - denisetx
I am completely satisfied with my buying experience with JD De La Rosa. He did everything he could to make sure I was not only happy with the vehicle but that it was exactly what I wanted. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with me. I will recommend JD and the staff at Volkswagen of Alamo Heights to anyone I know wanting to buy a car and I will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase. ?
40,000 Service Excellence - Jennifer Porter-Davis
I had my 40,000 mile service this morning at Clear Lake Momentum VW. Everything was great and went as I was told it would. I made my appt with Gloria last week. She gave me a rundown of the services they would perform and the approximate cost. She also told me it could take up to three hours. I brought work with me and was able to enjoy a quiet, well-lit environment to do my computer work. The dealership is very well-appointed. Service completed in two hours even with two extra items needed to be replaced and the washing of my car. Very happy and satisfied with Gloria and this dealership.
Don't expect anything after you sign! - TorchRedStang
I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Passat from Autobahn VW. I was told this was a new service loaner that wasn't titled. This turned out not to be the case. Bought an extended warranty and pre-paid maintenance package. Once I left the dealership I all received was the run around from the dealer. I ended up trading the car in and needed to cancel the extended warranty. I called the dealership five times and was transferred to voicemail of multiple people and never received a call back. I visited the dealer and the finance manager was "out for the day" even though I verified he would be there before making the hour plus drive. I finally received a response when I copied everyone I could find on the e-mail. Promptly got the info and filled out the forms that I was asked to and was told the cancellation would be sent in. Nine weeks later I still don't have a refund, warranty company said they never heard from the dealer, and I am getting the runaround again. There are way too many dealers willing to service their customers before and after the sale to put up with this. DO NOT DEAL WITH AUTOBAHN MOTOR GROUP!
Professional & Efficient VIP Treatment - AP27
I live 150 miles away from this dealership and it was Absolutely worth the 3 hour drive. Marc Petersen reached out to me after I'd made some online inquiries looking for a specific Beetle. He treated me like a VIP from the very first phone call. He was very well prepared to answer every question I had and, when I told him the distance I'd have to travel, he immediately adjusted his schedule to accommodate me; that said volumes about his dedication and professionalism, and I knew immediately that my time would not be wasted. Marc greeted me the moment I walked in the door and already had my dream car prepped for showing. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable he was on the Beetle, he even taught me some tricks that was nowhere to be found on the how-to guides online! Marc understood my needs and priorities and got me an amazing deal, better than I'd hoped for! Less than 4 hours later, with all paperwork complete, I walked out the door with the keys to that Beetle in my hand, along with a sense of solid satisfaction that I would not have gotten better service anywhere else. Marc, and the Ancira Voikswagen Dealership family were, hands down, the most efficient team of consummate professionals I've ever dealt with at a dealership. Thank you for treating me like a VIP.
I did NOT intend on buying that night, but.... - crashincymbals
This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I got a recommendation to check out Metro VW from a friend who loved his experience. Carol Lunsford was the salesperson who took care of me and she was superb. I told her before coming that I had no intention of buying that night and just wanted to test drive and talk numbers --- but she and the manager offered a very fair deal that I couldn't turn down. They, along with the wonderful Moriah in finance, stayed very late so that I could drive my new car home that night. What wonderful people!!!!
Great customer service - Melissa coffee

Poor communication and follow up. - bn0071
I leased a Passat from this dealership two years ago. in the summer of 2016, we decided we needed to trade it in on something bigger as we were about to have our second child. After we traded in our VW, my wife and I went to the dealership and filled out paperwork to get a refund on our extended warranty and service contract. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks and we would receive a check in the mail. After 10 weeks, I called to follow up with the dealership. No one from the finance department returned my calls for a week, and when I finally talked to someone, I was informaed that something happened in processing and it would be taken care of within 1-2 weeks. It has now been 17 weeks and I have still not received anything. No one that has said they would call me with an update has followed up, and we are still without our refund. We loved our VW, and would absolutely consider one down the road for a commuter, unfortunately, I have lost all faith and trust in this dealership.
The best of all the dealerships in houston,no matter what mo - Dustin Gorham
From the first second we walked in the door they were there to help us we didn't have to find someone to help Andre's our car salesman and Mike his manager bent over backwards to get us in the car that we wanted and have been there to help every since no matter what we needed it is the best experience we have had and we have been looking for new cars for quite a while
Too many bad experiences there. No more. - TX Mom
Miserable experience buying a VW GTI from them Feb 2011. Rep Lied during the sale so that at the last second, when we've already been kept waiting on paperwork for hours, the details and costs magically changed. Higher fees, of course. I felt cheated and lied to. Service Advisors were mainly good, but the good ones seem to leave. Last extended warranty issue was incorrectly installed, and one part came loose three weeks later, resulting in us having to have car towed in. They admitted they didn't install the part correctly, and apologized. Not two full weeks later, the battery we bought 2 years and 10 days ago went dead, stranding the car once again, and requiring a tow. Under 2 years, battery replaced for free. One minute over 2 years, and we pay "prorated" of $80-100, estimated. AAA will deliver the battery to the stranded car tonight and install for approx $128, and as we have to get back on the road, we are doing that. I explained to Service Advisor that maybe there was someone there who could make a goodwill gesture of extending the battery warranty until today, seeing that we experienced the mistake on their part just a couple of weeks ago, and this might even things out in the "we might feel good about your dealership again" department?
Absolutely not. "If you are out of warranty, you are out of warranty". Said it was unfair of ME to hold the bad work against them when this was a totally different issue. And only the Service Mgr (on vacation) or the GM (out for the day) could make a decision like this, so sure lady, you can have it towed here and we can replace the battery, and THEN you can discuss a possible discount tomorrow.
Right. No thank you.
For their sky high prices, and conflict of interest re paying their techs on commission for the work done, we don't feel we can trust them. And because of their inability to empower the Service Advisors to make a customer happy, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Where has conscientious workers gone? - Sad Kat
After buying a used Ion, with the agreement being the windshield gets replaced...... WHY, after THREE weeks of waiting,... Are we still getting the runaround every time we call!! And the people in charge are never there!!! Why do they still have a job there????
