Greg is amazing, very caring and professional! I drive a Toyota Sienna and anytime I bring it in he and his staff are very quick to get it out in a very timely manner. When they work on it and also do a detail they are very thorough and excellent in their work. They do such a professional job. it is very obvious that Greg's staff really respects him. They all go above and beyond to please a customer and make sure the outcome is as perfect as possible. I will always bring my van in to be worked on when needed and now my husband just bought a pickup from there and he will be using the service department as well if needed be. Rick and Dylan were great! They were able to get me exactly what I was looking for, they got me a little more for my trade than I was expecting, and gave me a price that I was comfortable with. I had a very tight schedule so I couldn't spend all day at the dealership. They got me a vehicle that matched my needs and kept me posted all along the way. When I came in to pick up the car they had paperwork ready and I was in finance in less than 15 minutes. Do not buy from these people they will tell you anything to sell you a car.. The car I bought had only 38000 miles I've had it for 3 months and had to take it to get worked on.. The warranty they sold us doesn't cover everything like the man said ..He told us is was bumper to bumper and thats was lie there is also a deductible on the warranty which he did not notify us of that. He said the car was pre owned certified which was a lie.. He told us that they work with BMW of Dallas and that is where they get their mini coopers from which is where I had to take my car to get fixed and I just found out that was a lie too.. It's going to cost over $6000 to get it fixed and the so called warranty will only cover $3000... About the third day after I had the car I called them and told them that the check engine light was on and they said that that's normal Mini Coopers do that sometimes it'll turn on and then it will turn off S since the third day that I got this car I've been having problems with it do not buy anything from these people..Itt will cost you more than you think..

If you need something done, your are going to have to show up there in person EVERY time because they don't answer the phone or return calls. They gentlemen helping us, Scott, is extremely rude. They did faulty warranty work. They have lost my warranty papers 4 times. They tried to get a bunch of work in before the warranty expired, but screwed things up even more. Then denied that they did the work, then deciding that their work was good and something must have happened. Yeah, my wife got under the car and loosened the arms they installed. It's one thing after another with them and I will never buy a Volkswagon again because of them, and them only. This has been the norm over the 4 or 5 times we have dealt with them. I feel so strongly about it, I will make sure I am as public as possible about the disgusting level of service in their service department. They don't disguise the fact that they are misleading and making sure they make their buck. It's blatant and in your face. At least make me feel good about getting screwed over, come on!

My wife and I drove cross town to see a GLI Archer had in stock and to see what kind of an offer they could make us for our trade. We were met at the door by Kirk who was very welcoming and extremely patient with us while we had to call our insurance company to have an insurance card faxed in. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and you could tell that their staff was very close knit - just a different vibe entirely.
The very first offer they made us was equal to the best offer we received the day before at another dealer after an hour and a half of haggling.... My wife is extremely conservative and responsible which naturally makes her a tough sale and always inclined to "walk"; but, Patrick was determined to make us an offer that would "knock your socks off" and make your "can't do it yet" into "I can't leave without it" and he did.
Every person we dealt with was extremely courteous, friendly and you could tell enjoy what they do. Jeremy explained that MANY of their staff have worked for Mr. Archer for 10 years or more and it shows. I love buying from a family owned business rather than a huge corporation - that still means something to me.
In my almost 40 years of driving, I've purchased numerous cars; but, yesterday's experience was the easiest, least stressful and most fun auto purchasing experience of my life. I could not possibly recommend a dealership more highly and if you don't give Archer a chance on your next purchase you will be doing yourself a disservice.
C'Mon in and see if you you can out bang me on the gong after you buy...!!! I doubt it. :-)!

Worst Customer Service Experience in a Long Time!!! - Taylor
I don't normally leave reviews unless the experience was memorable. Unfortunately, this was an extraordinarily negative experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Passat V6 in Dallas. I have had the vehicle for 3 weeks and received a notification of a serious issue with the brakes from the Car-Net app. I checked the dashboard of the vehicle, no warning lights and it seemed to drive as normal. I call VW roadside and they insist I take it to the dealer for diagnosis and send a tow for me. I call two local VW dealers and they tell me they can't get to it for two days. Ok, I get it, it's busy on a Saturday. I call ONION CREEK VOLKSWAGEN and I am told by Trina that they can get to it and to bring it in. So the tow truck and I head to Onion Creek Volkswagen. I get a call from Robert the service advisor and he asks what's going on, so I explain and he tells me to come on in and he'll take care me. Great! That's what I needed. I receive a call several minutes later and Robert tells me that the techs cannot even loom at my car for two days. Add insult to injury, they cannot provide a loaner nor a shuttle home!
I arrive at ONION CREEK VOLKSWAGEN and walk into the Service center and Robert was sitting at a desk and the Manager Larry Sowards was standing there as well. I introduce myself and Larry Sowards asked me what the problem was. After my explanation of the brake issue, he reiterates they cannot look at my car for two days. I ask for a loaner vehicle again and I am told that they have loaners, but not authorized to sign them out without a diagnostic first. I then asked for a ride back to my house at the very least and I'm told that it is outside of their "area". Larry Sowards proceeds to explain that each VW dealer is independent and basically can do what they want. After arguing with Larry Sowards for a few minutes, he agreed to give me a shuttle ride home and acted as if it was a hype inconvenience to him. I explained I still needed transport to and from work for the two days and he had no solution for me and suggested I make an appointment. I told him I would have to drive my car until they can get to it and he told me to have a nice day basically dismissing me. Not only did ONION CREEK VOLKSWAGEN provide the ABSOLUTELY WORSE customer service experience I've had in a long time, but allowed me to drive away with a vehicle with a potential brake issue putting myself and others in danger!
The moral of the story is ONION CREEK VOLKSWAGEN misleads its potential customers and refuses to service vehicles they did not sell. I strongly suggest you visit Charles Maund or Hewlett VW for your service needs. It would take an act of congress to get me to visit ONION CREEK VOLKSWAGEN again. Please heed my warning, you'll be thankful!

I have been dealing with this organization since 2011. Not only was the buying experience excellent but the service has been the best experience for me so far. From the salesman to the parts store, every employee is helpful - whether it is buying, maintaining or servicing a vehicle. I purchased a new car in 2011. I passed that vehicle down to my child and purchased a new one for myself. They treated my child like she was a brand new customer that purchased a vehicle and showed her the dealership and all the options in her vehicle. Not only is the personnel knowledgeable about their brand (both in the shop and on the service drive) but they make taking your car to the dealership a worry-free process. Even when I've come in at busy times, I've been greeted by genuine people, and I know my car is always in great hands when I drop it off. This service department has worked around my schedule to get my car looked at and the Advisor/Manager has always kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle. The prices you pay are unbeatable, especially considering that it is certified work, Since bringing my car here, I will never take it anywhere else.
