My wife and I looked at used cars after one of our cars was totaled. We had dealt with the Service Dept at Hiley for one of our cars and always had a good experience, but had never worked with the Sales Team. One week, we just went looking at cars to refine our research. We dealt with Salesman Yaw who was very professional, friendly and patient. He took up a lot of time with us knowing that we were not prepared to buy that day. He never rushed us or made us feel that we were wasting his time. We looked at several dealers before going back to Hiley Mazda. We both dreaded the typical "car buying experience".Since Yaw was busy with another customer, Jorge took over and worked with us. He too was very professional, friendly and made the car buying process smooth and easy. I would recommend Mr. Ruiz to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. We appreciate all the quality, professionalism and the service we have received from the team at Hiley Mazda.

Jay Wilson was very friendly and did not pressure us to buy. He gave us an informative test drive. Told us a lot about the Jetta Sport and gave us an experience of the performance as well. We were sold on this model. The car was not on the lot but in transient. We came back finished some paper work with Larry Chabert. Larry was patient and kind answering all our questions about pricing and extended warranties. And thank you Debbie Benson for a warm welcome and having a car ready for us to test drive with our name on it - reserved for us! How nice is that!! Made us feel like VIP. The car came straight off the transport truck...talk about brand new.

I first want to say that my husband and I have been to many dealerships and have purchased at least 10 cars in the past 7 years. Therefore, it's no small thing for me to say that our experience at this dealership was the BEST out of them all. I think that the other places need to take notes and they would greatly improve their customer satisfaction. We came here at were casually approached by Paul, our salesperson. He wasn't pushy and yet he was attentive to our every need. We genuinely enjoyed dealing with him and are so glad glad that he was the one that greeted us upon our arrival. Once it was time to get down to the details of our trade value and ultimately the purchase of a new car, Beth, one of the managers came to speak to us. She presented the numbers and my husband and I felt like she was very fair in their offer. I usually feel a little slighted at this point in the deal but in this instance I must say I didn't feel that way at all. I am so glad that we came here and if I buy another Volkswagen in the future, we won't go anywhere else.

They only had one more left and had it said aside for me since I told him I would be there in about an hour. When I went in to pick up my part he was quick with looking up all the other none essential parts I was looking for. Great job Curtis, you the man.

Shopping for a new lease/car can be frustrating if you find yourself at the wrong dealership. Volkswagen of the Woodlands was amazing. A.J Woods is the best. Not only is he knowledgable about VW but he is courteous, he listened to all my concerns, he was patient with all my questions and had me out of there with a new car in record time. Just Purchased a 2016 GTI Autobahn from RR VW of McKinney. Great experience all around! Got a killer deal! The sales team here is straight-forward. They show you what you need to know, and quickly. It is very easy to do a deal here. After a horrible experience at Rusty Wallis in Garland, this was a breath of fresh air. My salesman was Chris Riddle. Do not buy from these people they will tell you anything to sell you a car.. The car I bought had only 38000 miles I've had it for 3 months and had to take it to get worked on.. The warranty they sold us doesn't cover everything like the man said ..He told us is was bumper to bumper and thats was lie there is also a deductible on the warranty which he did not notify us of that. He said the car was pre owned certified which was a lie.. He told us that they work with BMW of Dallas and that is where they get their mini coopers from which is where I had to take my car to get fixed and I just found out that was a lie too.. It's going to cost over $6000 to get it fixed and the so called warranty will only cover $3000... About the third day after I had the car I called them and told them that the check engine light was on and they said that that's normal Mini Coopers do that sometimes it'll turn on and then it will turn off S since the third day that I got this car I've been having problems with it do not buy anything from these people..Itt will cost you more than you think..

I had the honor of working with Josef Puhringer at Clay Cooley VW. From the very beginning he and his staff treated me with respect. My situation wasn't the easiest. Due to recent family and life emergencies I had been struggling with keeping my payments up to date. But they were able to help me overcome those issues and get me into a cheaper car payment that served my immediate needs. They never treated me as if I was a hassle to deal with.
I know that I can count on them to put together a financing option that would help me out not only right now but also in the future as my financial situation improves with time. They were able to see that I at one point had tier 1 credit but had been stumbling as of late due to my family situation.
The financial manager, Troy McCowan, showed me everything that was available and broke all the numbers down. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service during their car buying experience.

I have always been a VW fan, but after buying my preowned 2013 Jetta from Onion Creek VW, I am a huge fan of this dealership, also. My salesman, Soul, asked what features I wanted in a vehicle and showed me a variety of cars that fit my needs. There was no pressure to buy a car, unlike dealerships I've purchased from in the past. They worked with me to negotiate the best price, and I left feeling extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Onion Creek VW!

I purchased a NEW Jetta here 12/19/2015, PURCHASED the platinum $2000 extended warranty. My credit union agreed to refinance On 1/19/2016(about a month later) I went to get the warranty cancelled before I Refi just so I can finance a smaller amount. Feb3 my finance guy Jorge calls and tells me Fidelity is telling him they don't have record of my car EVER HAVING EXTENDED warranty, THEY CANT CANCEL SOMETHING THAT I NEVER HAD.
I call Joe the finance guy at this dealership says its Fidelity's fault, I call Fidelity speak to a Manager they said it's impossible the dealership inputs the information. Long story short took the dealership TWO additional WEEKS TO ADMIT FAULT, I NEVER HAD THE WARRANTY WAS JUST CHARGED FOR IT!!!

My experience here is awful. I went to the shop on Friday morning to for regular maintenance and engine check. When they told me my battery failed and have to replace the catalyst converter, I agreed to the service and they admitted to give me 10% off from 2547 to 2274, and they said they would make it done tomorrow (Saturday) morning so I could get my car after Lunch. HOWEVER, I called the shop Sat at 1pm., my service management didnt pick up my call, then I called the shop, they told me the service would be closed at 2 so the earliest time i could get my car would be MONDAY! i am so disappointed and i knew they would not keep their promise, I HAVE TO RENT a car for Monday! I called them on Monday afternoon again, my service manager said the part would be at shop on Tuesday! Again, I have to take taxis on Tuesday for going out in the morning. Finally, Tuesday afternoon, they called me the car was ready to go (they told me at 2, i was busy till 8, so i could only go to collect my car on Wed), and they picked me up from my place to the shop on Wed morning, which is good. THE BAD experience is not over! On the receipt, they didn't give me the 10% off as they promised, the price was 2547, without any discount! And my service manager was not even there, I did not know who to argue on the price, and I felt so bad about everything in the shop! Why they just could not keep their original promise? They told me they could get it fixed on the next day and I have a 10% off, so I signed the service agreement, but they definitely do the opposite! Will never come back to this shop. I am new to Houston just 2 months, first time going to a dealer, feel so bad about the whole process.

Do not buy your next used car here! I was sold a used car with lotts of issues. Russ sold my friend and I bad used cars. All he cared about was making the sale. Do not believe carfax either. My car was in a wreck but carfax didn't list it. I could go on about all the work I've put into this car. Do not do business with these people! Now I'm stuck for 6 years with this car.

Went here to avoid driving across town to have a service done on my VW, they did not do all the services i paid for and when i went back to let them know about it they just made up stories about how i didn't know what all they had done to my car. I have owned and driven my VW for a year now and know that brake dust builds up on the front wheel on my VW like any other vehicle on the road for that matter, but when i showed up and tried to show him that my tires haven't been rotated he tried to convince me it had been done and that VW`s don't show the same brake dust on the front wheels as every other vehicle on the road and tried to convince me that they show brake dust on the rear tires!!
I made the mistake of allowing them to do a balance and alignment on my car hoping this was a one time thing but i was proven wrong again. I had lost my wheel key for the lugs, and asked the service writer to replace them with regular lugs when he did the service so i didn't have to keep up with another key, when i got the bill they were trying to charged me $45 to replace the lugs that they had to remove to balance the tires anyways!!! After 15 min of arguing they removed the charge and the tires are still in the same place as they were when i drove my car into there shop 3 weeks ago, haven never been rotated even though they took my 24.99 for doing the job.
I would suggest everyone that does business with them look your bill over before handing over the payment and make sure the work has been done and they are not double charging you for the work!!!
