Great First Time Buyer Experience - Crystal
Jorge was great to work with. He was able to work with the price range I was aiming for, and I got everything I wanted. I am one satisfied customer!
New Passat - Terry O'Daniel
This was truly a no stress experience.Jon and Shane handled the negotiation professionally. They listened to my concerns and where I needed to be to be comfortable with my purchase. After all was said and done I was able to get a much nicer car than I expected. Most pleasurable auto buying experience ever.
A very pleasant process - Silver18
After contacting the dealership about looking to test-drive some different models, I had a great experience working with Jay Wilson. He was very informative on the various models and packages available and never badgered us or made us feel pressured (unlike other area dealers). We ended up test driving a number of different models and Jay was timely thereafter in helping us choose which financing plan was going to be a good fit for us. Once we finally decided on a model and package, Larry Chabert was very helpful in taking us through the necessary paperwork and provided a wealth of knowledge
Great Experience. - JY0626
Our sales associate Rey Castillo was especially gracious and helpful. He made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. This is our second Honda we have purchased through Rusty Wallis as their pricing is very competitive. We drive in from West Texas just to do business here.
Great Service Department - cannonscorner53
I am very happy with Southwest Volkswagen, when I go in to have my TDI Wagon serviced they always treat me like I am the only customer they have. Their prices are very reasonable and they never do any work that is not needed. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Fair, honest, and reasonable, what more could you ask for.
Awesome, Fantastic Service Manager - MaryM
Roy S was so good! My Toureg was towed in Wednesday night. It was out Thursday night. Thank you Roy S. He's always so accommodating ! Best service and service managers around at JV VW! Thank you!
Exceptional Service - Jerry1949
Charles Maund's service department has renewed the trust I have enjoyed with Volkswagen since owning my first Beetle in 1968. I briefly used a newer dealership in South Austin strictly because of their convenient location only to have my loyalty shaken to the core. Before quitting VW completely, I gave Charles Maund another try. I am a proud VW owner once more as they restored my faith in the brand.
Best auto purchase..... EVER..!!!!! - D Branham
My wife and I drove cross town to see a GLI Archer had in stock and to see what kind of an offer they could make us for our trade. We were met at the door by Kirk who was very welcoming and extremely patient with us while we had to call our insurance company to have an insurance card faxed in. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and you could tell that their staff was very close knit - just a different vibe entirely.
The very first offer they made us was equal to the best offer we received the day before at another dealer after an hour and a half of haggling.... My wife is extremely conservative and responsible which naturally makes her a tough sale and always inclined to "walk"; but, Patrick was determined to make us an offer that would "knock your socks off" and make your "can't do it yet" into "I can't leave without it" and he did.
Every person we dealt with was extremely courteous, friendly and you could tell enjoy what they do. Jeremy explained that MANY of their staff have worked for Mr. Archer for 10 years or more and it shows. I love buying from a family owned business rather than a huge corporation - that still means something to me.
In my almost 40 years of driving, I've purchased numerous cars; but, yesterday's experience was the easiest, least stressful and most fun auto purchasing experience of my life. I could not possibly recommend a dealership more highly and if you don't give Archer a chance on your next purchase you will be doing yourself a disservice.
C'Mon in and see if you you can out bang me on the gong after you buy...!!! I doubt it. :-)!
40,000 Service Excellence - Jennifer Porter-Davis
I had my 40,000 mile service this morning at Clear Lake Momentum VW. Everything was great and went as I was told it would. I made my appt with Gloria last week. She gave me a rundown of the services they would perform and the approximate cost. She also told me it could take up to three hours. I brought work with me and was able to enjoy a quiet, well-lit environment to do my computer work. The dealership is very well-appointed. Service completed in two hours even with two extra items needed to be replaced and the washing of my car. Very happy and satisfied with Gloria and this dealership.
Honesty and Accountability - Sterling Mathis
I walked into the dealership with the purpose of driving away with a car, and they definitely delivered. Mike Hall is friendly, honest, and most of all, he listens to what the customer wants. It was the listening that ultimately lead me to purchasing the car that day. Carey Broudy, in finance, told me all about the add-ons, such as, extended warranties, road side assistance, oil changes, and so on, and after explaining what was included and actually worth money, he didn't try to talk me into more than I wanted. I live better than 40 miles from this dealership, but it was worth the drive to talk to the great folks at Hendrick. I never felt pressured into making a deal and everything was explained thoroughly so there was no confuse. If I could write a one word review it's Honest. Through each step, consultation, sales, and finance, they were completely honest with me. 10/10 would buy another car from this dealership
Love my Tiguan - ali
I shopped around looking for the best deal on a new Passat. I got it here. They gave me the price that I needed. I was also in and out fast. Thank you to Robert Manning for keeping me on budget.
Genuine Customer Care - TX2Driver
If you are looking for a dealership that treats you with trust and respect, North Park is the place to go. Throughout the buying process they were efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are sincere when they commit to your happiness as a customer and they go to great lengths to listen and care for you in a reasonable way. When it comes to communication they are clear but not pushy and they are willing to acknowledge the individual needs and preferences of each customers. They were quick to respond to service requests, took care of loaner car arrangements, and made it enjoyable to buy a new car :).
The only VW dealership I trust in El Paso! - Mslopez3
Recently bought a 2016 VW at Rudolph Volkswagen and the customer service was, for lack of a better word, perfect! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brian Lane was exceedingly good and helpful! You must check out this dealership! You certainly won't be disappointed!
Excellent Service Department and Sales - Petemexi

Unqualified, Unprofessional and Dishonest! - Deborah A Mauldin
Unqualified, Unprofessional and Dishonest!
A most terrible experience.
We brought our pristine VW Phaeton W12 with 55k miles [$103,000 when new] with VW Easydrive Platinum warranty, for a battery drain, sunroof switch problem, door lock problem,s and horn replacement.
The horn was replaced, the sunroof switch was replaced, but broke again on the way home from the dealership. The door lock's were not fixed and they wanted an additional $2050 in diagnostic fees to repair them. [The car is still under warranty mind you!]
They also replaced the "Keyless entry module". That repaired the battery drain, but they didn't know enough about the car to realize that they had fixed the problem.
We declined the $2050.00 fee to diagnase the door lock's and we picked up the car under the advice of Vince the service manager.
He expressed concern that they're warranty claim of $2300.00 would be declined, as they had not repaired the car properly.
He advised us to come back later.
We picked up the car, they had it for three weeks and we had lost confidence in them.
When we got home we found a severely scratched roof.Damage to the drivers door glove box, grease spots on the cloth headliner, rattles in all four door's, and the sunroof was still broken, though they had replaced sunroof parts and charged the warranty company for the repairs.
Mark, their lead technician was responsible the REPAIRS/ PROBLEMS..
We called Jason our service adviser several times to express our concerns. He gave us a PHONY EMAIL to send our complaints and pictures too, [ jason_----@Yahoo.com] His email at firstname.lastname@example.org came back as undeliverable, [ smacks of deception]
We tried to call Jason at the dealership several times and he would not return our calls.
After two weeks we called and talked to Mr.King, a manager at VW of corpus. We talked about the problems and he said he would get back to us the following Monday.
That was three weeks ago and still no call.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY SERVICE!
They charged us $205 per hour, which is commensurate for a VW Phaeton expert.
They are far from expert, [ I would equate them to a " Jiffy Lube that sells cars". Not a VW Expert Service Facility.
I have 35 years professional experience working on high end German cars.
I took our car to them because it is still under warranty, and I dont have access to VW proprietary information.
What a mistake. I will never do that again. I'd rather pay out of my own pocket than have them work on and damage my car again.
In closing, My professional opinion is ," THEY ARE UNQUALIFIED, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST!.
They do not care about their customers, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!
Peace love and happiness , Jeff and Debbie
Daniel at Volkswagen - Jennrokkstarr
Daniel was extremely professional and knowledgeable showing me everything my new Passat has to offer. This is my first time leading a vehicle and was unsure if that was the best choice for me. The entire finance team as well as the saless managers took their time and really made me feel comfortable moving forward with my purchase. Booby, Sean, and Gi made sure that I understood and was updated throughout the entire buying process and ultimately this dealership has earned my business not only today but for my future car buying needs as well. Thank you AutoMax!
A GIANT JOKE - Greekrules
"Hi welcome to VW of the woodlands, where customer service satisfaction is our least concert and wasting your TIME and MONEY is our number one priority!" Long story short...My husband and I bought a VW Jetta 2013 model with 14,000 miles and we bought it Jan of 2016...factory warrant apparently went out in the middle of Feb...we took the car in one last time while it was still in warranty and told them to let us know if anything is needs to be fixed. Told us the car was fine...took it in this week for an oil change..our check engine light was on but my husband new it was the spark plugs and all he wanted was to know how much it would cost. Well Carlton in service thought it would be a good idea to exploit my husband and slip a $118 charge to our oil change because he thought that the check engine light should be diagnosed WITHOUT our permission and without the charge being said aloud to my husband. So we had to pay this in order to get our car. Called Lance who I believe is kinda like the GM of Volvo and still has some control with VW ...really nice guy but passed me along to someone at VW...I think this guy's name was Frank..he didn't really help other than tell me that Bill (head of service) would contact me...he did two hours later to basically tell me that they said the charge out loud to my husband and that "weather he understood it or not is not there fault" and proceeded to bicker back and fourth with me weather this amount was discussed or not...sorry but why would I go through so much trouble to get my money back if it wasn't true... he then proceeded to tell me he will discuss it with Carlton and that he would call me back....NEVER DID.
As someone who also works with customers day in and day out this was handled very unprofessionally and when you burn bridges with a customer it is like a domino affect...you aren't loosing just me you are also loosing my friends and family. I have owned my other VW for almost ten years now and I loved it up until this incident. I will never buy VW anymore because of this and I truly hope that this location gets some serious karma for screwing people over. DONT GO HERE OR YOU WILL PAY...LITERALLY.
Failed or not? - Ravenchamp1
My son took his Volkswagen Golf for service. I am appalled that after one year he needs new tires. And the inspection they did on the tires says they FAILEd. After a follow up phone call to Randell Reed service department Brandon said he still has 10,000 miles before he needs to replace his tires. So my question is did they fail or not. Are they safe to drive on? I thought Volkswagen promoted a safe car....well I truly don't know if my son's car is safe to drive.....this being said after our service visit, where I should have felt that my son's car was safe to drive off of the lot. I think I made a BIG mistake! I will never buy another Volkswagen. And you shouldn't' either! My sons safety is my priority so I will buy him new tires....
Don't buy here - Tony Helms
Do not buy from these people they will tell you anything to sell you a car.. The car I bought had only 38000 miles I've had it for 3 months and had to take it to get worked on.. The warranty they sold us doesn't cover everything like the man said ..He told us is was bumper to bumper and thats was lie there is also a deductible on the warranty which he did not notify us of that. He said the car was pre owned certified which was a lie.. He told us that they work with BMW of Dallas and that is where they get their mini coopers from which is where I had to take my car to get fixed and I just found out that was a lie too.. It's going to cost over $6000 to get it fixed and the so called warranty will only cover $3000... About the third day after I had the car I called them and told them that the check engine light was on and they said that that's normal Mini Coopers do that sometimes it'll turn on and then it will turn off S since the third day that I got this car I've been having problems with it do not buy anything from these people..Itt will cost you more than you think..
Best Car Buying Experience - njm0017
We had the BEST car buying experience we have ever had at Clay Cooley VW in Richardson. If you need a new car, go see Samir or Connie! We went in on Tuesday to just look at the different Tiguan trim models and Samir respected our desire to want to go home and think about which car best suited our needs. We weren't pressured to stay and sign something immediately like I have been in the past. Samir and Ryan, the sales manager, called me the next day to confirm the trim model and color I wanted. When we arrived at 7pm, they already found the exact car and color and brought it over from another dealership. The entire team worked well past closing without complaint to complete our deal that night. We are so grateful for their customer service.
Wonderful buying Experience - denisetx
I am completely satisfied with my buying experience with JD De La Rosa. He did everything he could to make sure I was not only happy with the vehicle but that it was exactly what I wanted. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with me. I will recommend JD and the staff at Volkswagen of Alamo Heights to anyone I know wanting to buy a car and I will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase. ?
service dept was amazing - rb
service dept was fantastic . was greeted promptly and felt as easy immediately. Adam in service did a great job and the work was completed faster than I thought it would be.
solid customer service - mohindraa
Kelly was very responsive and thorough as she helped solve the solution on my car. I appreciate her diligence. And it wasn't too hard to a get a loaner either.
Mr.Lee - Rachellaur
When I walked into the dealership nobody seemed to really work with me. The next day I got an email from mr.Lee and he was so helpful. Ended up walking out with a 2015 Jetta at the price I could afford. He was very helpful. I strongly recommend asking for him. He will not waste your time!
great cars, wonderful employees - carolyn213
I have always been a VW fan, but after buying my preowned 2013 Jetta from Onion Creek VW, I am a huge fan of this dealership, also. My salesman, Soul, asked what features I wanted in a vehicle and showed me a variety of cars that fit my needs. There was no pressure to buy a car, unlike dealerships I've purchased from in the past. They worked with me to negotiate the best price, and I left feeling extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Onion Creek VW!
Buy Somewhere Else - Derrick
Purchased 2015 Passat in early 2015. Dealership screwed up paperwork and undercharged us; then called in a panic and overnighted revised paperwork next day to sign and overnight. NOTHING OFFERED FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND MY TIME TO CHANGE AND OVERNIGHT! After charging $275 for a 1.5-Hour, 30K maintenance appointment, the service department opted to leave off the brake fluid reservoir cap so my wife could drive 60 miles round trip (In Houston Traffic) the next day to have it fix. AGAIN, NOTHING OFFERED FOR THEIR MISTAKE; NOT EVEN A REQUESTED PHONE CALL CONCERNING THE ISSUE.
Overall, I suggest buying cars from a different dealership. From personal experience I know of two DeMontrond dealerships with poor service departments.
Too many bad experiences there. No more. - TX Mom
Miserable experience buying a VW GTI from them Feb 2011. Rep Lied during the sale so that at the last second, when we've already been kept waiting on paperwork for hours, the details and costs magically changed. Higher fees, of course. I felt cheated and lied to. Service Advisors were mainly good, but the good ones seem to leave. Last extended warranty issue was incorrectly installed, and one part came loose three weeks later, resulting in us having to have car towed in. They admitted they didn't install the part correctly, and apologized. Not two full weeks later, the battery we bought 2 years and 10 days ago went dead, stranding the car once again, and requiring a tow. Under 2 years, battery replaced for free. One minute over 2 years, and we pay "prorated" of $80-100, estimated. AAA will deliver the battery to the stranded car tonight and install for approx $128, and as we have to get back on the road, we are doing that. I explained to Service Advisor that maybe there was someone there who could make a goodwill gesture of extending the battery warranty until today, seeing that we experienced the mistake on their part just a couple of weeks ago, and this might even things out in the "we might feel good about your dealership again" department?
Absolutely not. "If you are out of warranty, you are out of warranty". Said it was unfair of ME to hold the bad work against them when this was a totally different issue. And only the Service Mgr (on vacation) or the GM (out for the day) could make a decision like this, so sure lady, you can have it towed here and we can replace the battery, and THEN you can discuss a possible discount tomorrow.
Right. No thank you.
For their sky high prices, and conflict of interest re paying their techs on commission for the work done, we don't feel we can trust them. And because of their inability to empower the Service Advisors to make a customer happy, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Where has conscientious workers gone? - Sad Kat
After buying a used Ion, with the agreement being the windshield gets replaced...... WHY, after THREE weeks of waiting,... Are we still getting the runaround every time we call!! And the people in charge are never there!!! Why do they still have a job there????
Used car was filthy and had unsafe brakes! - Jdrum1
My girlfriend and I stopped by this dealer to check out a used car.
First, the interior was VERY dirty. It hadn't been detailed. I assumed it had just arrived, so they hadn't had time to get it clean.
I made a comment to the salesman about the state of the interior, and he explained that they don't detail cars at the lot. The only way they get cleaned is if a salesman takes it home and does it themselves! What? This can't be correct?!?!
We were still interested enough to take a spin, and I was alarmed at the state of the brakes. We've driven other examples of this model, and knew instantly they didn't feel right. The pedal was extremely spongy and vague. They didn't grind (an indication of worn out pads), so I'm thinking it was maybe an issue with the master cylinder. The brakes should have been addressed before putting it on the lot.
We were also only able to drive the car a short distance (probably a good thing given the brake issue). The car had no dealer plates and the salesman informed us it's around $500 if stopped!
It was an odd experience.......
