I was overall disappointed with a certain staff member at this dealership and I felt as if I was not the top priority since I was purchasing a used car. Nothing was ready when I came to pick up my vehicle which resulted in what could have been a 10 to 20 minute trip to about an hour and a half long trip. All of this could have been prevented if things would have been put in order the day I made the deal with Tom, but since that did not happen I had to deal with the stress of not having everything ready to go when I picked up my car.

I called in a request to this dealer late on a Friday afternoon. I was preapproved through my credit union for financing and knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. By Monday at noon, they had a list of Wrangler Unlimited Rubicons for me to choose from.
The first Jeep I picked didn't work out. The dealership that had it wouldn't transfer it. So, I picked a different one. They went to the other dealer, picked it up, brought it back, cleaned it up and had it ready for me the Friday following my initial call. I couldn't be happier with the Jeep!
This was my third new car purchase in the last 7 years. I've also purchased several used vehicles, both from dealers and private parties over my driving career. This was by far the most comfortable, laid back, and simple purchase I have ever made. I got all of the customer service that one would expect from a family owned business, and then some.
Kurt Wahl was my salesman. What a guy! He bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I worked with Steve Colich on Kurt's day off, he helped me find Jeep #2.

I rarely do reviews for product or services but I felt a need to share our vehicle buying experience. My husband and I decided we needed to purchase a 2500Ram pickup to haul our camper. The Internet is a wonderful place to do your homework in regards to looking at several dealerships for the truck that had the features we wanted, in the price range we needed to be. In the beginning of the process we felt it was necessary to look at the bigger dealerships for the best deal,because of the volume that they deal with. What we found was Homan in Waupun, they gave us small town service and worked with us to achieve our goals, it was a stress free experience, and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful service we were given. We would recommend Homan in Waupun to everyone!

I have been a customer of Neuville Motors, now specifically Neuville Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram for over 23 years, ever since my family got out of selling new/used cars. Between my immediate family and myself we have purchased 12 new and used vehicles since 1991. A few of those vehicles we purchased were not initially on their lot either, but they were very willing to work with other dealerships to get us the vehicle we really wanted. In every case Jeff then Todd went above and beyond to make the purchase happen while keeping it fair for both parties concerned. And all the other sales staff were happy to answer questions if Jeff/Todd were not available.
I cannot recommend Neuville's more highly, if I could give then 10 stars out of 5 I would. I have no doubt I will buy my last vehicle from them, no matter how many years I still live.
If you don't at least talk to them before getting a vehicle I doubt you got the best deal possible.

I was test driving a vehicle within 10 minutes of arriving at dealer ship. I currently live 2 hours away and felt their prices and availability of cars was worth the drive. Looking for new van - Dave
I was out shopping for a lower millage Dodge caravan as my 2011 had 100000 plus miles on it. Upon starting to look at caravans the sales person was pushing new vans as it was the end of the month. They found one in stock I was interested in.
After they looked at my 2011 they offered me a low trade in ( I felt it was low KB said it was average for that trade in ) So when all was said and done I said I didn't want to do the deal. I left dealership and got home when my phone rang it was the salesman. He said they would do better to get me to buy the 2016 van. They offered me another $650.00 off. So I said I would take it. He said they had to write up contract to night to take all discounts. This was around 7:30pm. I gave them the info over phone to start the ball rolling.
They had everything in order by 9:30pm I set up a 11:00am pickup time the next day. As luck would have it My 2011 Transmission would not shift out of 1st I called the sales man back around 9:30am and informed him that I would have to wait as my van was going nowhere. He was unhappy but said he would cancel the deal. A few hours later he called back and said they would take the van the way it was. I had already taken van in for service and was having it fixed He said they would take care of it for me I told him no that I would not feel right about doing that. He got very upset when I said no I would fix it and would do a trade after I got it back.
He became hostile with me and called me a liar and cheat even going as far to tell me to be a man and tell it to him face to face. I finally told him the deal was off and hung up,
Just a note to Kolosso Dodge. Today the place fixing my van said the transmission was not bad only the gear shift was stuck in first and would not go to second It was a switch and I have the van back returning trans to junk yard. I had every intention returning there and buying a new van After dealing with this sales person I would never come back or recommend them to anyone.

I bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. The salesman was great, but the truck has some issues. I was told everything passed their inspection. However, an hour into the drive home I heard the breaks making a loud, grinding sound. My local diesel mechanic said the breaks were grinding the pistons and he did not feel safe letting drive off the lot. I understand when you buy used repairs are bound to happen, but I was told everything passed inspection. There were other minor issues and the total for repairs was over $2500. I would not buy a used vehicle here unless you are a mechanic and know a ton about cars/trucks

I had to have a transmission replaced on a Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased from another dealer. Worked with Gene the service manager. Gene provided me with options and costs. He treated me very well. Dealer provided me with a loaner even though I had not purchased the care there. It did take a little bit to get the job done (not there fault). All in all very pleased thus far with the work that has been done as well as the eagerness of the Reilly staff to help me out.

Avoid this dealer at all cost, if looking for a competitive price! Nice frontline salesman, but management doesn't know how to respond when consumer ask for more competitive price. Showed proof of lower offer from another local dealer, and used car manager just complained about his $250k monthly overhead cost and how each car cost him $100 per day. He then excused himself as he needed to leave early due to it being St Patrick's Day. Weeks later they kept lowering price online which was close to the my initial offer. RECOMMENDATIONS if you want a car on this lot, just wait 2-4 weeks. Price drops.
Sent complaint email to GM and Schmidt Bros owner with no response from owners, and voicemail from GM that he would call back (never did and didn't take my calls or emails) This clearly shows owner/GM has intentionally created a business model to only sell to consumers who have not done there homework collecting other dealership offers. Schmidt Bros culture is to not respond timely to consumer requests either.
Again, AVOID AT ALL COST OR YOU WILL OVERSPEND.

Never felt like I was a valued customer. Jeep was in for more than a week, had to call several times to get updates. At two different times when I called , I was told the vehicle was worked on the previous day. I wouldn't go back here under any circumstances

Baught a brand new jeep with 14 miles on it and it had a small ding in the quarter panel i told the sales manager i would only buy it if it could be repaired via pdr service. (paintless dent repair). He assured me it would be no problem for them. We took it in with 120 miles on it for the repair and when we picked it up we were shocked, they basically paid some hack to spray paint the side of the car. Its worth mentioning im a collision repair tech at a high end shop so right away i noticed the runs, dirt, and tape lines everywhere and the color didnt match. Its been 2 months still no answer on getting us a new car.
