The selection at Wilde was Excellent and the vehicle I purchased was excellent. Nick the salesman was very good the delivery process was very slow and I will return in the future and will tell my friends. The only thing that was negative about my experience at Wilde was when I drove away from the dealership about 5 minutes into my ride I noticed I did not get a full tank of gas as promised by Joe Hofstetter. I did not have time to return to the dealership, so I called for Joe and was told he was with a customer. I left a message for him to return my call that was Friday February 17th it is now February 18th the dealership is closed Joe has still not returned my call.

We were shopping for a new vehicle and after doing a lot of looking and at a ton of different options we settled on staying in town with Kunes Country Jeep. We bounced around A TON with different Jeeps but Brandon was very patient while we worked out way through all of the options over a week.
We ended up with a lot more car than we thought we could get, a ride we love and a price that was fantastic. Great people to work with.

I called in a request to this dealer late on a Friday afternoon. I was preapproved through my credit union for financing and knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. By Monday at noon, they had a list of Wrangler Unlimited Rubicons for me to choose from.
The first Jeep I picked didn't work out. The dealership that had it wouldn't transfer it. So, I picked a different one. They went to the other dealer, picked it up, brought it back, cleaned it up and had it ready for me the Friday following my initial call. I couldn't be happier with the Jeep!

I had been looking at buying a used vehicle for a while and done some research online. Klein Dodge had the vehicle I was looking for with regards to make, model, year, 4 wheel drive, price, and mileage. The rest of the options such as the Big Horn package, bed liner, running boards, etc... was bonus. Matt was right there to answer any questions my wife and I had but he was not pushy. He was very friendly throughout the whole process. We visited another dealership that day and the experience was no where near our great experience at Klein.

With Allen and Ray’s assistance, I was able to look at the cars on one day and decide which one’s I would like, then my husband was able to go on a different day and look at the same cars. Because of this we were able to decide on the vehicle that would work best for us.

Lied to us - KFN
Purchased a used Honda Civic Hybrid from this dealership almost 2 years ago and when signing paperwork the gentleman informed me that repairs can be very costly on hybrids, very specifically the batteries. He highly recommended we purchase an extended warranty just in case something happened. We did purchase the warranty and were happy with the car. Recently the check engine light went on and we took it to the local Honda dealership ( Since Frank Boucher does not work on Hybrids) and we were told the battery was dying. I happily informed the dealership it was ok Boucher had sold us the warranty and we had been told it would cover the battery. When they called the warranty company to get approval for repairs they were informed that the warranty does not cover that battery ( the sole reason Boucher sold us the warranty) . We now have to pay $3225 to replace the battery- after we already paid almost $2000 for the warranty itself. When I spoke with a gentleman at Boucher he told me that they could return whatever remained of the policy if I wanted but that was it. I was furious that either the gentleman who sold us the car lied or did not know enough about what he was telling us and inadvertently lied to us. I will NEVER buy a car from them again and warn you to check every detail of your paperwork so that you don't fall victim either.

I had to have a transmission replaced on a Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased from another dealer. Worked with Gene the service manager. Gene provided me with options and costs. He treated me very well. Dealer provided me with a loaner even though I had not purchased the care there. It did take a little bit to get the job done (not there fault). All in all very pleased thus far with the work that has been done as well as the eagerness of the Reilly staff to help me out.
Nightmare - Stinky car
Used 2014 Patriot. Has an odor that may be wet dog /dog urine that we thought Dealer would clean out with detailing. However, no one at the dealership will attest that they smell an odor... in first month Dealer only willing to clean car/ not change fabric & foam. For first two months we do not drive car except to /from Service due to the odor. None of our calls are returned so we contact Jeep Customer Satisfaction in the second month. In the third month, in our first meeting with Service Mgr/John , once we tell him about our frustrations with Service./just cleaning car. he tells us he doesn't have to listen to us & walks away telling us to go talk to Chad. Chad /GM handles an employee problem while we wait for him . In our meeting he calls the ECP Rep who comes to hear our problem & check out the odor in the car. This Rep tells us he will try to get Service to write up an order to change foam & upholstery & check floor area. We don't hear from dealer for weeks even though we leave messages asking what is going on with the car.. When we actually get the GM he tells us that they are willing to change the upholstery & it makes no difference to them if we pick fabric like the original was or choose leather as price is the same. So we choose leather. After pick up we realize Chad makes it look like a claim is to be made on the ECP Pkg. & then the Service Mgr/John lies about who was responsible to only change out the upholstery. Our Invoice states work done: Change out foam & insulation & upholstery & check floor area for mold. When we picked up car I questioned why Invoice states Customer Requests instead of Chad Authorized work to be done... but Rob/Service was evasive. I also asked him if I could be sure they changed out the foam in the front passenger seat..again Rob evaded answering. As soon as I entered car I could smell original odor & knew they did not change foam. Once home I call the third party vendor/ upholstery who tells me they were only told to change upholstery. Next I call ECP who tells me there is no claim open for us..but since they changed upholstery we would need the protection applied to seats again to keep package valid. Next I call the Dealer asking for Chad, Brandon both GMs, I ask for Rob who we had just delt with in Service...no one is available. So I ask for Joel in Service & he answers. Joel was the first in Service to work on car 3 days straight. Ionizing each day & washing upholstery twice.. only to tell us .. if it still smells at pick up bring the car back. Which we did the next morning. That day they called in a fumigation company who basically put a floral smell over the original one. We let the car sit for 12 days in the sun & it still smelled . So we called the fumigator for a second treatment. This did not help. So we feel we complied with all their suggestions. Now waiting to have Mediation with NCDS. In paperwork sent by NCDS I now see they fixed one of the Service Invoices to read that the car has a recall open , they couldn't fix as parts are not available. However, the Open Recall was not revealed at time of purchase. I found out about it when I contacted Jeep Customer Satisfaction & asked if the car had any. They told me car shouldn't have been sold with an Open Recall unless Dealer told us before we signed paperwork. Which they did not. In fact no one mentioned a recall at all. When I saw your article in today's Milwaukee Journal it did not surprise me that this dealer isn't honored by you this year! The only two employees who actually tried to help us were Joel & the cashier. This dealer doesn't respond to their online commitment to reply to you within a timeframe when you have made a complaint. We contacted the BBB with our complaint & finally got a response from Josh but when we requested he call our cell to discuss rather then give a programmed response..we never heard more from him. I also spoke to the complaint area at Corporate where Sally actually was typing an email to both Chad and his superior Ivan Lawler as I was relaying how they lied on the Invoice. She said it would generate a response but as usual it did not. So I will not give this Dealer any rating as they don't deserve one. But since I can not submit this statement without at least one star...I guess I will begrudgingly do it since our experience may keep someone else from a similar 5 months of high blood pressure.
