My salesman. Hubby got home from deployment, I told him exactly what was shown and told to me, he was surprised that I broke it down so well. (Goes to show how well Palmen broke it down to me). I called in a request to this dealer late on a Friday afternoon. I was preapproved through my credit union for financing and knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. By Monday at noon, they had a list of Wrangler Unlimited Rubicons for me to choose from.
The first Jeep I picked didn't work out. The dealership that had it wouldn't transfer it. So, I picked a different one. They went to the other dealer, picked it up, brought it back, cleaned it up and had it ready for me the Friday following my initial call. I couldn't be happier with the Jeep!
This was my third new car purchase in the last 7 years. I've also purchased several used vehicles, both from dealers and private parties over my driving career. This was by far the most comfortable, laid back, and simple purchase I have ever made. I got all of the customer service that one would expect from a family owned business, and then some.

I rarely do reviews for product or services but I felt a need to share our vehicle buying experience. My husband and I decided we needed to purchase a 2500Ram pickup to haul our camper. The Internet is a wonderful place to do your homework in regards to looking at several dealerships for the truck that had the features we wanted, in the price range we needed to be. In the beginning of the process we felt it was necessary to look at the bigger dealerships for the best deal,because of the volume that they deal with. What we found was Homan in Waupun, they gave us small town service and worked with us to achieve our goals, it was a stress free experience, and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful service we were given. We would recommend Homan in Waupun to everyone!

I have been a customer of Neuville Motors, now specifically Neuville Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram for over 23 years, ever since my family got out of selling new/used cars. Between my immediate family and myself we have purchased 12 new and used vehicles since 1991. A few of those vehicles we purchased were not initially on their lot either, but they were very willing to work with other dealerships to get us the vehicle we really wanted. In every case Jeff then Todd went above and beyond to make the purchase happen while keeping it fair for both parties concerned. And all the other sales staff were happy to answer questions if Jeff/Todd were not available.
I cannot recommend Neuville's more highly, if I could give then 10 stars out of 5 I would. I have no doubt I will buy my last vehicle from them, no matter how many years I still live.
If you don't at least talk to them before getting a vehicle I doubt you got the best deal possible.

The team at New Glarus Motors was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy while I was looking for a car. Since my husband is currently working out of town, we were unable to look at the car options together. With Allen and Ray’s assistance, I was able to look at the cars on one day and decide which one’s I would like, then my husband was able to go on a different day and look at the same cars. Because of this we were able to decide on the vehicle that would work best for us.
I would buy a car from them again, without question.

Needing a new vehicle, we went to Palmens to see what we could do financially to purchase a new truck. As soon as we we walked through the door we were greeted by Pam one of the sales associates. We explained to her what we were looking for and wanted to see how we stood as far as finances went. We liked Pam right away because not only was she extremely professional, she made us comfortable because she was a very down to earth and personable. She took our information, had someone in finances look into options for us. And before we knew it we were the proud owners of a new truck. They all made this investment for us a very smooth process. My father is a Chrysler retiree, this is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Palmens. As a side note, the 40 2litre bottles of soda we got with our new truck was a pretty good perk too!

I will just quickly summarize what happened, 2016 Dodge Caravan was shown on website for SXT at $21,900. My husband called to make sure they had some on the lot as were were driving over an hour to this dealership, was told they are no longer having that special and after MANY hours of back and forth calling we finally find out they are going to honor it "because it was suppose to be changed but was not, but since it was still on the website we will do it" Made an appointment for 600 with a salesman, got there and said salesman had gone home and no one knew what was going on. They finally got a hold of the sales man and he said yes he agreed to the sales price. They put us with Andrew (?) I am guessing because we never got a business card. Who had some "manager" helping him due to him being new. He was a nice enough guy but the "manager" was a JERK to him, he was rude, condescending and seemed to be picking on him by threatening to "bust his knees if he didn't help us" We test drove one, liked it and decided if we could get enough on our trade we will do it. After dickering back and forth with the "top sales man there" (not Andrew) he offered us less than what the KBB said, which is NOT what the first sales man told us. He sent me the link and said figure your trade in as the middle with KBB (very fair) I was getting in the $11000 ball park and idiot manager got $9000. Scratch that deal. After he would not show us the options he was using to figure the trade in we finally looked at him and said if you can get this.....we will do it. So he brought it to his "manager" for 35 minutes (and was only standing 10 feet away. We almost just left (it is now 730 and we have over an hour drive home) He comes back and says yes lets do. Perfect right?? No now we are waiting over an hour and 15 minutes to sign the paperwork (with out anyone letting us know what is going on and no on in the salesroom with us) Go in to sign the paper work, find out we were the only buying a vehicle at that time and he just got the info to run with it about 15 minutes prior. SO what the heck happened to the first hour and 15? The person doing the financial end was very helpful and quick. It is now after 9 pm and Andrew our original sales man is attempting to get our license plates off our Dodge Journey and can not.There was one other person sitting in the sales floor and refused to help him. Our financial guy comes out and tells him there is a special tool to take them off (Jouneys only) and searched forever to find it. It is now 930 the plates are changed. We ask where is the 2nd key? Was told there is not a second key, we said YES this is a new vehicle and there is a 2nd key only to be told that its been super busy this week and must have gotten lost. then told they will be in contact. 2 weeks later and 30 phone calls of no one knowing what is going on I finally get the call that there is a key there for us but i needed to drive back to Manitowoc to get it programmed. On our way home that night I couldn't help but notice how DIRTY the interior was, the inside windshield was spotted with water as though someone spritzed it with water and never wiped it down and you could still read the numbers from a sticker on the front , the back driver side window that had the paper taped to it still had chunks of adhesive stuck to the window. So in summary?? Will I ever suggest your dealership, NO. I love the van, but not the money I have had to spend to get it cleaned and the gas to run back to Manitowoc and I do hope you take the time to get your salesforce better trained to deal with customers

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and polite. The "fair market value pricing" left very little room to bargain. Then they add a handling fee of $299 onto every vehicle they sell. The airbag warning light came on shortly after I left the lot. They said there was nothing they could do to help me.

I had to have a transmission replaced on a Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased from another dealer. Worked with Gene the service manager. Gene provided me with options and costs. He treated me very well. Dealer provided me with a loaner even though I had not purchased the care there. It did take a little bit to get the job done (not there fault). All in all very pleased thus far with the work that has been done as well as the eagerness of the Reilly staff to help me out.
