Every employee at Mazda of Claremont treats us like a valued family member. Amy, in the service department is fantastic. Whether it’s my wife taking the car in for service or myself taking my car I know her knowledge and wisdom can be trusted when it comes to the right decision. The other day my new CX 30 infotainment system froze. After explaining the situation, and what I was experiencing, Amy, wrote the most concise and accurate description of the problem so the technician could diagnose it. Amy is the person my wife and always like to deal with one taking our vehicles in for service. She’s always very pleasant and knowledgeable of the vehicles.

I purchased a new Subaru Outback a month ago, and I did not really inspect closely the car when it was delivered to me. Few weeks later, I washed and cleaned the car entirely, and found out that one of the wheel was damaged with scratches on the central cap and close to it on the wheel. I suspected that was caused when the wheel locks were installed. Maita Subaru addressed the issue and fixed it immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate the effort.

Initially, the dealership did not have one with the specs we wanted, however, they were able accommodate and submit a custom order at no additional charge. That was a huge plus, other dealerships I've called either couldn't offer it or charged extra. Chance was always available to communicate, day or night, with whatever burning questions that were on my mind. He was a great communicator, he was clear, concise and consistently provided us with updates while our car was being built and shipped. The overall experience was top notch from the sales team to the financing department. Nowhere did I feel pressured to make a decision, which for me can sometimes sour an experience.
