My 86-year-old grandfather recently bought a Chevy Cruz at Donny Mill's. My grandfather saw the vehicle had low miles and felt it was well priced. He purchased the car, brought it home, and upon inspection of the Carfax, I(his grandson) realized that the car had been involved in two accidents, one causing frame damage. After careful review of the CarFax, I noticed something weird. The car was registered in 2020 with 69,000 miles. My grandfather bought the car with 70,000, meaning that in 5 years, whoever owned the vehicle put about 1000 miles on the car. 1000 miles in 5 years! This smells fishy and screams of odometer rollback. I will file a Federal and State case to look into whether the miles were tampered with. Additionally, I got the car appraised from two separate dealerships, and both said the car wasn't worth more than $1000 due to the structural damage. They took advantage of my grandfather, and the guy at Donny's refused to refund us even though we purchased the car less than 24 hours ago.

Bad, BAD, BAD experience! Where to start? Long story short.....don't go to Rick Case Kia, Sunrise and most especially their service department! Took our vehicle in last week for some minor recall work and when we picked it up the next day, it turns out they, meaning the service department rocket scientists had broke something that had been working perfectly before hand. It still isn't fixed!! Just a heads up everyone, CHECK OUT OTHER DEALERSHIPS FIRST!!

I went there to look for a vehicle for my dad, super awesome and helpful. Carly and Mr. Jim were so incredibly kind and helpful with my 1,000,000 questions and even when they were closed were still super communicative and helpful. As annoying as I was, they still helped me out with everything to surprise my dad! They kept their promises of standing behind their vehicles and go above and beyond to help their customers. I have recommended to everyone I know and am super appreciative for Mr. Jim, Carly and Johnathan for everything.

I have been trying to get my gap insurance refund since January 2025 that was issued to the dealer by chase bank. I have talked to the finance manager several times, the sales manager and even the general manager. I have been calling weekly for over 3 months now. Each person I spoke with said they would get it resolved and get the refund check to me. They also say they will call back. No one ever calls back. Last week I spoke to the general manager and he got mad because I am frustrated with his dealership and asking for what is owed to me. He also assured me he would resolve the issue and overnight a refund check. Well I am still waiting on my check. The refund was sent to the dealer and instead of sending me the refund, it appears they are just keeping my money. Worst dealer experience in over 60 new car purchases. Will never buy here again and will never recommend this dealership.

I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. I purchased a Mercedes Gla250 2015, drove good for about 4-5 weeks, now all of a sudden all lights on in the car, took to the car to a mechanic how about it’s a bad transmission!! They knew this car was bad from the jump! Don’t waste your money! I just wished i would have looked at the reviews before i purchased.

I certainly would NEVER recommends anyone purchasing a vehicle from Audi of Orange Park. The sales staff will lie to you about ANYTHING to get your money. The sales rep knew we were traveling from Tallahassee to purchase a specific Audi they had on their lot. When we arrived, we were greeted at the front lot by another sales person who told us they had just sold the Audi we drove there to buy!! I have called and written to Jack Hanania to express my concerns and have NEVER received any response at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!

They engage in deceptive business practices, fail to disclose critical vehicle issues, and take zero responsibility once the sale is made. The staff is unprofessional, and their only concern is getting your money—not your satisfaction. To make matters worse, the owner responds to every negative review by calling it “fake” or accusing the reviewer of lying, rather than taking any accountability for his shady actions. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. There are far better, more honest dealerships out there.

Sold a vehicle that need so much repairs with in a month. Fast forward i paid it off when. I call to find about the title the guy I spoke with said you get it 4 to 6 weeks. No title. Go in to find out what's going on the lady at the front desk tells me oh you have to go DMV. I'm like why did t the guy just say that from the start. Her reply was oh I don't know...no I'm sorry for the misunderstanding nothing. Awful customer service. Cars come over priced with high mileage and they real quick to disable you car if don't get a payment on time. And they APR is crazy too... don't recommend to anybody not even my worst enemy

After seeing a promising deal online, I contacted the dealership and spoke with a manager who assured me they could bring the vehicle from their Sarasota location within a day. However, I was required to pay upfront to secure the deal, which made me uneasy, but I proceeded based on the manager's assurances.​ Upon arrival the next day, I experienced significant delays before finally seeing the Jeep, which unfortunately had visible damage to the passenger door and bottom panel—damage that was not disclosed in the photos or description. The manager and salesperson attributed the damage to the Sarasota location and were initially unhelpful, stating they couldn't do anything about it. They mentioned I could get a refund, but it would take days to process and might negatively impact my credit score.​ After expressing my dissatisfaction, the salesperson eventually agreed to have the damage repaired. I brought the Jeep in a month later for repairs, which took three days without a rental car option. Disappointingly, the vehicle still showed signs of the previous damage. Additionally, the soft top, which had no prior issues, was broken the next day, requiring a $2,000 replacement that Jeep wouldn't cover.​ This experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I would caution others to be wary when dealing with this dealership.
