Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro Sales Team (Pedro and James) were helpful and knowledgeable, but Service Department Management is not, as the result entire business and, especially customer relationships were SEVERELY damaged. I serviced my quite reliable 2009 Toyota Venza 3.5L there for years and it appears that Nucar Toyota Service Department Team is well-trained just to cover own faults to avoid any legal responsibilities for their actions by allowing undiagnosed, unrepaired and potentially UNSAFE car back to the MA roads without any QA testing and proper engine health diagnostics, which I requested specifically, and paid for.
Currently I am building the legal case to sue them this time for putting my family in REAL DANGER, allowing us to drive an unsafe car back home with potentially damaged engine AFTER POOR DIAGNOSTICS ($175.00) AND UNNECESSARY $1100.00 REPAIR SERVICES ($100 part + $950.00 Labor). They can warn us on IMMINENT engine failure and advise us on trade-in for the new 2025 Toyota Crown Signia car we’ve ALREADY decided to buy same day same Toyota dealership.
I expected from Toyota Service Adviser (Mike) honest and PROFESSIONAL advice to me and Toyota Salesmen (Pedro), but instead I’ve got $1100 service bill for nothing + AAA evacuator service bill, irreparable 2009 Toyota Venza turned into junk within first 5 min driving from nucar service lot, V6 engine suck and fall apart right on the middle of the highway when my wife and my son were inside this car.
