This was a fantastic dealership to buy a vehicle from. From searching on the Internet to walking in to talk to Jay, who I dealt with over the Internet and ended up buying my Used Truck from. The whole experience was fantastic and I'll return for sure and send people I know to Jay and Bob. I'm an hour away from the dealership and they made me feel that it was so worth the drive. Jay was very easy to deal with and talk to, never rushed anything, we talked a great deal during my buying this truck. I went to pick up the truck the next day and Jay was with a customer and Bob bent over backwards to help me complete the paperwork process, he wasn't at all bothered or rushed taking care of me, this tells me much about the whole dealership and people. Jaysen, the Finance Manager was excellent to deal with, didn't try to force sell anything additional but took the time to explain everything available to me. I've worked at Dealership's for 28 years myself in the past and I haven't seen a team like this one. Kudos to the Owner and Management, you have an excellent Staff!

Most of the deal was done over text. Was ok, tried to raise price above advertised, but then went back down. The process was was quick and easy. The vehicle was not cleaned very well. Was told detailed was not there. On the way home discovered the wipers didn’t work. So, veh. Was not checked over very well. All salesman would say is warranty would cover it. So now I’m without a vehicle 3 days after buying a new truck. On the plus side your finance guy was very professional and explained everything well. So, experience was ok at best. Need a lot of improvements.

We recently bought a used 2022 Subaru Outback from Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru. It was a new trade in and needed detailed before we could take it home. We waited for that to be done and upon looking it over noticed a few cosmetic flaws. The salesman said no problem he would schedule to have everything handled. After waiting to hear from him to get back to us, we decided to message him and then call him. After a couple of weeks we called the dealership and talked to the manager, Todd. He scheduled the work to be done on the car and told us when we could bring it in. Todd kept us updated on the progress of the paint touch ups, a replacement piece of the plastic that goes around one of the windows, etc. After a few days he called and said our vehicle was ready to be picked up. We drove the rental car (which was a brand new Outback) back to the dealership. We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to Todd's office, where he greeted us with a hello and a handshake. Our car was brought around to us, and I want to tell you, it sparkled on the outside and the areas on the outside were fixed and you couldn't tell they were ever there. The inside had been detailed and was fresh and clean and swept out very thoroughly compared to the first day we took it home! We absolutely LOVE our 2022 Subaru Outback now! Todd and his team went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase. Thank you so much! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
