He made sure to include the repair technician, Rob, in our conversations to prevent any misunderstandings. Rob was knowledgeable and professional, quickly and efficiently diagnosing the problem. I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 to them a couple of weeks ago, the transmission was slipping, the ABS had issues and all 4 tire sensors were out. I have extended warranty from where I bought the truck used in 2023. I live in Pampa, I started taking the truck into Country Chevrolet here in town in December of 2023 for the ABS problems, the ABS light would come on, the stability track and parking assist would turn off and the brake pedal was really soft when you put your foot on it to stop and then it was hard and pulsated/grinding. I also told them the front tires squeal like I am peeling out sometimes when I turn corners. They reprogramed the wheel angle sensors and said there is nothing wrong with the ABS. That didn't fix the tire squealing so they replaced the sensor that was covered under the warranty. On the second or third time I took it in for the brakes they did replaced the Brake booster vacuum pump which was a recall from the factory. In total it was in the shop here at least 6-7 times (I lost track after six months or so), it was the same thing every time...THERE'S NOTHING WORNG WITH THE ABS. In December of 2024 the transmission was slipping and shifting up and down driving around town and on the highway it felt and sounded like I was hitting rumble strips about every 20 -30 seconds, this is exactly what I told Josh, (I googled it ...), I said I think it's the torque convertor. That evening when I went to pick it up they said there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission but they figured out the problem...are ya ready for this???? THEY BALANCED MY TIRES!!!! Actually charged me 49.97 to BALANCE MY TIRES!!! The next morning I took my husband in with me, Josh asked what we needed, I told him I just wanted to let him know that BALANCING MY TIRES did NOT fix my TRANSMISSION problem that I brought it in for. The service manager went for a ride with us and said it is definitely the torque convertor...they ordered the part on 12/18/24. I called and left messages, with no luck except for once and Josh said the part was on back order. A few weeks later I called the service manager and his parts department people didn't make it in because of the snow but he personally would call me back and let me know the status of the parts....nothing but CRICKETS! Once I found out that Borger was no longer Country Chevrolet, I called over told them a little about what I was going through here, they checked on the torque convertor, it was in stock in the Denver warehouse (Pampa had access to the same warehouse) if it was ordered by 2pm it would be there the next day! I made an appointment at Webb in Borger...they actually replaced the transmission, replaced the ABS module and all 4 tire sensors. All covered under my extended warranty. I HIGHLY recommend them, they were friendly, customer service was amazing, repairs were done in a very reasonable time frame and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Thank you for ending 13 months of aggravation dealing with Country Chevrolet in Pampa!!!!! Leslie Huddle

I even ended up returning the first car (not because of anything issues with the car. Just a change if heart) I bought a different one which is why I ended up working with 3 locations. Eamon was my first point of contact after viewing inventory on line. He's the sales manager, I think, who set me up with Duane. Both Eamon and Duane are cheerful and relaxed, completely knowledgeable about these cars and their inventory, as it seems the entire sales team are. Kevin also helped out with some of the technical things I was less familiar with in the vehicle, and he was very patient, pleasant, and informative. They were all very patient with me while looking at and driving 6 or more cars, showing me many options, and eventually getting me into a great car with great discounts. Duane even drove to meet my husband and guide him back to the dealership because construction makes finding the dealership a little tough. Though there was a few snags eith what was featured in 2025 versus 2026 models, they got me into a great 2026 Hyundai Tuscon SEL convenience package that I really love. Financing was seamless with the great and powerful Vadoll, the finance wizard. He's one of the sweetest giants you'll ever meet. Overall, I think this team at this location is an incredible team. They went out of their way, literally, to get my husband there and in agreement on a good deal for a great car. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

I personally had a great experience, I can tell you that the dealership that I had purchased my previous truck from told me to keep my truck for a few more years because I had to much negative equity, this dealership instead ate up a lot of that negative equity and they put me in a new vehicle with a lot more horsepower and torque and bells and whistles and to be honest my payment stayed the same because of lower interest rate and I also got a shorter term by 1 year! I was helped by sales man Joshua and Manager Baldo! I am ready to buy the next one in a couple of years!
