My husband and I could not be happier about our experiences with Texas Auto North Sales and Service Department. As I said before, the sales department worked with me until we had a deal, we could both agree on. It wasn't easy but they hung in there with me. That was in December. Then we had our backup camera replaced. Fast and efficient service. But it messed up again annnnnnd! Ms. Terri in the service department came to the rescue. You see, when it went out it was a thursday and my husband was leaving for work in Maine on Sunday. She had the guy out there on Friday morning to fix it for him and on top of that; he asked about buying a spare and when she found out that they sold us the truck without a spare, she found him one a gave it to him! I am so happy with this dealership; I am about to go buy another car from them if they will deal with me again! LOL! It was a little agonizeing for them last time. I love this place! Not sure about the South location but I will drive to North Houston everytime I need a new car! Thanks Texas Auto North for treating people right! I would give you 10 stars if I coud! twerner

AC was super cold that was plus. After I had talk with the salesman I talk to a Manager Luis, he informative about the warranty which I wanted just in case. Worst dealership ever! Sold me a junk car and have been no help with fixing or replacing.Paid $2700 for new transmission and went out in a week.Told them car needs to be picked up and currently is location I had to leave and walk home from When you call the constantly lie and prolong any work or help on vehicle. Probably gonna lose my job because of there neglect and I highly recommend no one deals with this dealership. Same your time and money!!

Unfortunately, this dealership is padding their Google reviews by preying on customers. A family member had a personal cell phone taken by a salesman (Mr. Allen) who proceeded to rate himself 5 stars on Google on my family member's account. This is an unethical business practice and should not happen. Also, they did not even bother to help my relative set up the bluetooth phone connection with the newly purchased car. I am unhappy with the lack of professionalism here.

We can’t do the tradein form since they don’t share to whom they sold the trade in vehicles. Extremely dissatisfied, i request everyone who wants to tradein don’t go with the John Eagle Acura Dealer. The finance manager lied through his teeth to me about how long I was financing and what my extended warranty covered just so I would get it so he would get his commission. I tried to call back a few weeks later after I noticed what he did and the manager there told me he was fired for doing this to several people and that I was xxxx out of luck. Its been a year and I still get sick thinking about this place and how they treat first time buyers. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Dishonest practices. Phone conversations and texts quickly disappeared when arriving onsite. Seems like pretend mystery people are handling deals online and by phone and then nobody knows them when you get to the dealership and the deal is all of the sudden 10k higher than what was already agreed to. Shady process is standard and anyone who works there knows the game and plays dumb. Go to Tomball Hyundai for a straight forward deal with Chris S. the sales manager. Test drive at NW Hyundai and then get out of there as fast as you can.

On January 30, 2024 drove 3 hours from Austin, TX for a great price on a Toyota 2023 Venza that was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When we got there learned that the "Certified Pre-owned" was only an option that it would be an additional 1.2K to the price if we wanted to add. This already felt deceptive, but we had driven a long way and it was still a good price so we went ahead with the purchase. I specifically asked if it included the first few oil changes like the Certified Pre-owned Lexus that we have and they said yes. Today I take the Venza for a routine oil change at the dealership and am told that the car is not "Pre-owned Certified." I called the dealer ship was hung up on, got no answer and then finally talked to someone who said they would look into it and call back, but it has been 90 minutes and I have not heard anything, so I am leaving the dealership. I doubt I will hear back for anyone, but I will update review if someone does contact me to make things right. Not sure what my legal recourse is, but so disappointed in this dealer and with Toyota in general. Amazing cars, horrible service.
