Hunter Lee is an accommodating, polite professional who knows the cars inside and out. He makes you feel like his one and only customer based on his patient demeanor, response time, and willingness to advocate. Ken Flynn is fun and well versed in contracts, making the paperwork process clear and easy. The dealership itself is easy to access from IH10, is clean, bright, and welcoming. Coffee, cold beverages, and snacks are available. I would like to see some chocolate added to the snack drawer for my next visit. The service center is spotless. All of the staff I have seen here maintain a clean, professional appearance.
