Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience. Jake sold us our daughters 1st car and we will be back to see him for our sons car soon and for as long as we will be needing vehicles he will no doubt have all of our return business. Auto web expo is the absolute best place to go to buy a car. Ali was amazing as he helped me pick the right sprinter van for my new business. It has been a very long time since I went through the vehicle purchase processes and I was very nervous. Ali told me don’t worry I would walk out of there with my Van. My credit isn’t the best but Ali went above and beyond to get the deal done with financing. He was very patient throughout the entire process as I asked many questions. He kept his word…I was approved and he handed me my keys. Each associate I spoke with at that dealership spoke very highly of him as they told me, “ Ali won’t sell you a car if it’s not a car he would purchase and drive himself“. It was obvious his associates have a lot of respect for him and how he conducts business with buyers. Thank you so much, Ali!!!! I usually speak with Tony, but since he was out, I spoke with Tanner, and He gave the same quality of service as Tony. I do not recall his last name, but he came out of the sales area where I was sitting. He offered me some water and asked if I needed anything. My laptop had just died, and he allowed me to use his phone plug to recharge my laptop while waiting for my vehicle. He didn't have to do it, but he did, and I appreciate that. His name tag said Michael or Mike, but the picture of Brandon Toledo looks like him. I am not sure, but He gets (5) stars for his kindness. Also, there is a young lady who stands out to wash the windshield when the cars pull up. I do not remember what she told me her name was, but I forgot my hot tea in the vehicle. She graciously went to get my tea out of the car from where the mechanics were, she went to get it with a smile, and came back and gave me my tea with a smile. I am so appreciative of her smile and superb customer service towards me.
