This was my second time purchasing a car from this dealership. I totaled my car last month, and desperately needed a new one. Quincy was fantastic. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at.. I almost gave up a couple of times, but He was so patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a car. He’s an Angel and I’m so grateful for him. Joseph Kim not only sold me one car he sold me two within two months! He was the epitome of stellar customer service. The time from looking online to buying a car was less than one week. When I drove up he had my new car pulled up to the front with a VIP tag with my name on it. He was a class act all the way around. Not to mention the facilities were impeccable. I did not have to buy my cars as I paid cash for them but even the lady in financing who did all my paperwork was very professional. Joseph introduced me to multiple people at Porsche who I might interact with in the future.
