Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, Eli Suarez, Manager of the Parts Department, is a rare exception to the marginal and poor customer service in today's business model. Non-existent is a better term. Eli personally took my phone call after a windshield wiper insert I purchased from him did not fit one of the wiper blades on my 2018 Lexus ES350. He immediately took ownership of the problem, did not cast blame elsewhere, and sent a new blade to my home in Florida. I have utilized Ray Catena Lexus for decades prior to retiring. He was helpful throughout the process, explaining that Lexus no longer manufactures the insert for the older wiper blades. He communicated by phone, text and email, and made it his goal to solve the issue. I could not be happier.
