I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Dave called me right away, provided me detailed pictures of the undercarriage and videos of the vehicle running, per my request. He was so kind and helpful all along the process. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again!

Brian was very helpful and wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure the buying process went smoothly. He was easy to talk to and made it feel like we were old friends catching up. The other sales employees in the dealership were also very professional and courteous. Matt initially came out to help us but wanted to make sure we weren't assigned to anyone, so he went back inside to check with his coworkers to see who our assigned sales representative was. Omar from the financing department was also extremely nice. He made us feel at ease and we tried to find the most financially practical arrangements. Kenny the sales manager came over to us and greeted us as well as thanked us for our purchase once we were complete. The dealership was clean and so were the bathrooms. The service area seems to be very updated and had comfortable waiting areas. All in all, it was a good car buying experience and I would recommend this dealership to others.

From the moment we first entered the showroom to test drive the vehicle to the 2nd day when we picked up the vehicle everyone treated our family with friendliness and respect. Not once did anyone try to "sell" us the car, Dave spend time on the test drive and another hour when we picked up going thru every details with our daughter on the features of the car to ensure she felt comfortable with the vehicle. Our family (4 adult kids) have purchased over dozen cars and this was the most positive experience ever. My husband purchased a Toyoya Crown during the sale everything was great. He took it for inspection it's not customer friendly to go from the service area to the waiting room. Especially for a customer who's on oxygen and can't walk far. About a month or two after the inspection a friend noticed that the Left lug stud was missing. When my husband called Toyota they didn't want to own up to the missing lug. I took the car to Mr. Tire was told that the lug was stripped when it was taken off. Mr. Tire in Fox Chapel repaired it replaced the lug. Check all tires before leaving this dealership during inspection etc.

So they make it their job to assist you as much as possible without taking you for a ride and all kinds of "Hidden costs" or expenses. And even if I didn't have a Toyota I would still have my car serviced there. They have pretty much every job timed down to the minute so you are provided with accurate estimates and not overcharged for labor....
