We called one week and we got an appointment the next week. They were very busy. We dropped off the car on a Thursday night and our appointment wasn’t till 10 on Friday and by 7:30 in the morning they were calling us and telling us what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix it and we picked it up I can’t remember probably about two or 3 PM that day best service ever and also the best service people ever. Trying to get used to the Equinox, I think sometimes it tries to help me too much by having so many "automatic" systems , I like choosing them myself when I need them, I need to work with the controls a lot more. Dropped off my Equinox for a 9:00 am appointment to diagnose a noise coming from the engine compartment. They said they would get back to me that day when they looked at it. They also texted me a phone number I could call and a hyperlink to use if I wanted to check on the status or I could simply reply to the text. In the later part of the afternoon I texted and got no reply. The following day I texted again with no reply; I utilized the hyperlink and it only showed that I dropped off the vehicle but nothing else. I called a minimum of 5 times only to be told by the call center that no one is picking up in the service department. I finally just drove back to Cronin to find out that they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I told them to give me my keys and I would take it somewhere else. They did not treat me very nice when I told them that. When Hirlinger owned the dealership I never had a problem with them. I can with 100% certainty say that I will never go to any dealership owned by Cronin again. I will also have to give a lot of consideration to purchasing Chevrolet again if this is what their car dealerships are heading toward. Big disappointment!
