I have been searching for the best price that was available on either a 2024 or 2025 C8 Corvette, and I would settle for a LT 1. Well, found what I was looking for style, color as well as a good price, I had a conversation with. sales person whom invited me to come visit the dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesperson Ms.Eilish Thomas who welcomed me with a warm firm hand shake, ensuring me that I have come to the right place. Not only was I given the GM employee family price, Costco discount and a BONUS DISCOUNT. I was floored; not only did I get one great price, but I also receives the family type fellowship from Eillish as well as a warm wonderful service from the financial manager. Eillish had me in and out within two hours I was driving my beautiful 2025 C8 Corvette. I was so happy that I drove it all day and night on the first day, and all day and night on the second day. A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT AND THANKS TO GORDAN CHEVROLET.

On my Brother in law's recommendation I dealt with Erik Capion and he was right. My wife's lease on her F-150 was close to being up and with her being spoiled by driving 4x4 trucks for the last 6yrs., she wanted another one. We decided to purchase a used vehicle this time around as lease's are outrageous now. Erik sold us a 2021 Silverado at a great price with no Bulls%#t and low mileage. Needless to say, she is very happy with it as I am too. I'm sure there are other great sales persons at Bates Chevrolet but Erik is my sales guy for any future purchases. Casey DETTLOFF is the guy to see. I had a fantastic salesman@ Telegraph prior to the pandemic. I'd gone there for 30 years. During the middle of it I was due for a new lease and I was paired with a different sales person since mine had relocated out of state. Off the bat and prior to knowing how much I was willing to put down, as well as not knowing one single thing about me, she told me my desired monthly payment was unrealistic. I quickly realized that's someone I can't work with. I drove 45 mins south to Dundee and ended up with someone far worse. When a salesman from the same company asks you "how did you have such a low payment on your last vehicle" along with "maybe make some lifestyle changes so you can better afford a higher payment'', you know you're in a bad situation. Ultimately it was the worst decision I could've made. I was trapped at that point.. Luckily I was recently referred to Casey DETTLOFF when my lease was up. I said this in another review. It was like having a family member or friend work out a lease for you. He wasn't going to let me get into a situation I didn't want. As long as he's in business, I'll be going to him and I highly recommend him. Very pleasant guy. Family man. Great energy.

I was researching my first EV and wanted a 21-23 used model as my first one. During my research I noticed Price Pro was the only dealer within 150 miles that had a large selection and would allow me to test drive what I wanted. We wanted to test them with a booster seat so we could test my son's comfort in the back seat with it and they were very accommodating of us. We drove 100 miles to test drive these vehicles and I am very grateful that Price Pro was so great to work with. I did not end up making a purchase that day but I wold absolutely feel comfortable with buying a preowned EV from them in the future. There is no pressure to buy right away.

I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!
