Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond throughout this whole ordeal.

We stopped by the dealership to look at a new Tacoma, looking to downsize from 2 trucks to one. Bob McClain was able to take both of our trucks in trade for a new Tacoma. We did not feel pressured and the closing of our deal was very pleasant. Lisa Alsept went over all of the features and set up our phones to the Bluetooth. We would highly recommend Ferris Toyota to our family and friends.

In over 60 years of trodding the good Lord’s planet, this is the best dealership we have ever found. No pressure. They were responsive and treated us like a person and not a sale. They are the complete package – from managers to shop bay staff. They easily bested another area dealership in every way. We were traveling 6 hours to see a nearly new Tacoma. The sales manager (Tim) went out and took pictures of the under carriage and checked for smoke odor to help us decide whether the truck was worth the journey. Our salesman, Dave, had expert knowledge on all vehicle features and warranty. He courteously and patiently answered all our questions. He went the extra mile to completely top off the fuel tank and touch up a few (very small) paint nicks before we took possession of the vehicle. What a pleasure to deal with a staff who cares about you, your questions, and your concerns. Top flight customer service. 100% professional! Love the truck. Thank you Toyota of Warren!

Both of them personally called me after the purchase to see how I liked he car and asked if I had any questions. They were the friendliest salesmen that I have ever had when buying a new car. I will certainly buy another car from Chris (or Ryan) if I ever decide to get another one. I am sure the one I just bought will probably last me for a long time.

Traded in a vehicle with them last May, only to discover when I went to finance my new business that they had paid off my trade in late killing my credit score, when I showed them what happened I got an apology letter stating they had screwed up, but when I went to fix my credit report with this letter the company lied and said it now was not their fault.

Absolutely Terrible Experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with Olaniyan was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a supposed “professional.” From the moment I arrived, it felt like I was being disrespected just for showing up. He didn’t greet me properly, barely made eye contact, and acted like I was bothering him just by asking basic questions. Tried calling a few times beforehand - no response. No follow-up, no courtesy, nothing. When I finally met him in person, instead of trying to help or even pretend to be polite, he seemed more interested in making sarcastic comments and insulting me than doing his actual job. It's clear this guy isn’t here to help customers - he’s here to belittle them. I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and completely baffled that someone with such an attitude is allowed to represent a business. Avoid Olaniyan at all costs if you value your time, money, or basic human decency.
