After working with Cody and Denise we knew what we wanted. They were professional but down to earth. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk and no b.s. We definitely recommend them. Also, the dealership was big and fancy as most are but it was clean, bathrooms included!

My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. Purchased a vehicle with them recently, have nothing but great things to say about them. Answered all my questions promptly, where very flexible with timing and delivery. The car itself was purchased as-is, they take really good care of the vehicles as the car itself was in very good condition. After diagnostics and inspection, it came back healthy and well maintained. I know it is not every dealership's responsibility to fix or upkeep vehicles but they have done a good job in my experience. I have read the previous reviews before purchasing, but like most things on the internet, understand that other people's experience won't usually be like mine. I have nothing but good things to say about E & A.
