Jeff Lee was our salesman and was very patient with our car buying experience. we started out looking at the Tacoma's and then realized it was not what I really wanted. We ended up deciding to go with a Land Cruiser. I contacted Jeff and told him our decision and he advised that there would be one in the color we wanted around the first of December. We were alright with that and asked him to keep us updated. Jeff was great he informed us that the car would be in early and gave us an approximate date it would be at the dealership. We drove away with the Land Cruiser November 14, after receiving a fair price on our trade in. Jeff was very professional, helpful and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. I have to start with the website where I was able to see all cars in the Carmax inventory in real time, research them, see reviews and great pictures, get prequalified and see estimated payments, etc. before ever stepping foot in the door. I had an amazing experience, both at the Northglenn and Loveland locations. Starting with Will at Northglenn, who gave me so much information, guided me to the best cars for me after listening to my needs and preferences, facilitated test driving several cars, and then giving me his personal number to follow up after not finding the right car at that location. Next, at Loveland, Kael was also wonderful, guiding me through the purchase of the car I found there. I so appreciate that the approach of the sellers is education and customer service-driven, and not sales-driven. I had a hang-up with my trade-in vehicle, returned to the Loveland location to trade it the day after the original purchase due to another option falling through, and another wonderful associate (I’m sad I don’t remember his name to list it here) very graciously helped me through the complicated process of returning and refinancing my vehicle to include the trade in. No one ever made me feel like I was putting them out to help me. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely buy a car from them again and would recommend it to anyone!
