Update When Bryan returned, he personally reached out to me about the bumper damage. He asked for photos and quickly arranged a repair tech who had it seamlessly fixed in less than a day. He took my concerns seriously, didn’t backpedal, and handled the situation with professionalism and urgency. His customer service is truly exceptional. The original repairs we were actually in for have also held up perfectly. The work was completed competently, and we’ve had zero issues with those repairs since picking up the vehicle. Now that the cosmetic damage has been addressed as well, the car looks and performs exactly as it should. A big thanks to the tech, an artist, really, for doing such beautiful work, and again to Alex for keeping up good communication throughout this process, as well as Bryan for resolving everything so promptly. While I was frustrated with parts of the process, I want to acknowledge the efforts of Bryan, Alex, and the repair tech in making things right. Big THANKS! It took them just shy of 3 weeks to complete repairs. I’ll give them a little grace since one part was delayed in shipping, and I’ll give Alex credit for mostly keeping me updated during that time. The major issue: they clearly damaged my bumper while removing it to complete the repairs. Not only is there a crack, but also fracture lines in the paint. I reported this immediately, and hours later they called me claiming they had “noted the damage” when my vehicle was first brought in. I call absolute xx. My vehicle has never been in an accident, fender bender, or even a curb scrape. Then they doubled down and said the manager saw it on arrival, yet that same manager doesn’t answer calls or return voicemails. Wild how none of my paperwork mentions any damage, and nobody said a word during the entire process. Adding notes after the fact to cover themselves is shady and dishonest. This vehicle was purchased through them along with the extended warranty they sold me. Imagine a dealer charging such premium labor rates that the service contracts they sell don’t even cover their own rate. If they’re going to pay themselves premium rates, repairs should be completed on time and vehicles should be returned in the same condition, or better, not damaged. Instead, I got premium pricing, zero accountability, and my car back with damage. Fix one issue to create another... Guess thats their idea of job security. And if management shows up on this review claiming they have “no record” or that the damage was already there: double-check your own records. I’ve already called. I’ve already asked for proof. Produce the original notes and photos from drop-off, not backdated, adulterated paperwork added after the fact. I’ll be reporting this experience to every outlet I can to save someone else the headache. Roberson will never get my business again, on either sales or service. Best of luck to Alex, he seems like a good human working for a shady employer.

I been to other dealerships that push sales for electronics and gadgets. Some were push to buy now. 82nd Auto Mall is family oriented and treats people with respect. This company does not push for sales, but sees you feel comfortable in your selection. No pushing to sell electrics or gadgets here. They answered all my questions honestly which I was pleased with After making my selection of my choice, test drive vehicle and fell in love with my selection. Jimmy was extremely helpful in showing me not only the vehicle but allowing me for time to look over thoroughly at motor and under vehicle. Jimmy worked hard to get the price adjustments at a price I can say yes to. After all said and done, I drove out with a vehicle I am very proud of. Copied from my Google review: An absolutely fantastic experience. Luke was wonderful to work with, responsive, understanding, and was able to provide the level of detail I was looking for. He did an excellent job adapting to my never-ending list of requests and orchestrated the car getting to Matrix Integrated for a PPI in a very timely manner. Jack did exactly everything he said he would. The deal process was fair enough for me and Jack made me feel like I was getting a win on the car and on the additional product I purchased. The car was ready and waiting for me at the lower level exit, prepped in the center of the launch ramp in immaculate condition. The showrooms themselves are worth a visit for no other reason than to admire the beauty of the vehicles. Rare Porsches, rare Ferraris, immaculate Land Rovers, and a few other prime examples are wonderfully displayed in a manner that says "importance" but also that reminds buyers that these vehicles are well within the domain of the dealership. My wife and I spent just under an hour in the dealership total. Luke and Jack prepared everything to be ready and waiting when we arrived as I had requested. The signing, the delivery, and the sendoff were wonderfully prepared. Overall, the experience was flawless from start to finish. Bravo, Grand Prix Team. I plan on being back.

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium from Doherty Ford in Forest Grove (back in 2020). So why not having all my services done with them as well. I never had a bad experience. Recently, my tire pressure sensor failed on a back tire, and they took me in that same day for service. While my car was already at their shop why not do an oil change. They offered and I appreciated that. Saves me time to take another day off from work to get the oil change done. My husband also takes his 2012 Ford Utility Van to their Express Lane. We purchased both vehicles from Doherty and have been very happy with our choice of dealer and car/van.

They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!
