I have found the work here outstanding for many years. John Endisch is excellent to work with and Jim Hahn, mechanic, is as good as it gets. The facility is perfect for waiting. I wouldn’t buy a candy bar from Andrew Toyota. Everything about our experience was severely inadequate, from the nonexistent COVID precautions, to the inattentive staff, to the rushed sale, to the numerous about our experience was severely inadequate, from the nonexistent COVID precautions, to the inattentive staff, to the rushed sale, to the numerous unreturned messages about our transaction. But when they forgot to give us the second fob that came with our vehicle and then mailed it to us with postage due, that took the cake. Yes, we closed our transaction late after the dealership had closed, but that’s the nature of the game. The rush to get us out the door caused them to forget to collect the keys from our trade (which we left in the service drop box) in addition to forgetting one of our new fobs. If you have to buy a Toyota in Milwaukee, do it elsewhere. If you’re lucky, you can take your Andrew offer and use it to negotiate a better offer at another dealership. Otherwise, make sure you leave time to go to the post office to pay the postage due when they forget something with your transaction. More
