First time using Burnsville Toyota and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Got a next day appointment, was greeted in a friendly manner, got a courteous and free shuttle ride to and from my home w expectations in every way. Our service advisor was great and kept us updated. Our mechanic Ha sent us a good explanation via video of what was wrong with the car and the proposed fix. Our previous visit, we had the same issue with leaking oil and the advisor told us our car engine was wrecked. This time, they just replaced the leaky valve cover and it's all good. More
