Terrible customer service AGAIN! When going in for my schedule maintenance I Was told by Paula that she was helping a customer and after that she was going to lunch and that I needed When going in for my schedule maintenance I Was told by Paula that she was helping a customer and after that she was going to lunch and that I needed to just go stand by my car and somebody would eventually help me. I was like okay not sure who she was helping as nobody was with her but my issue was the comment after about going to lunch. Then when I came back to pick up my vehicle the guy who is in the same room as Paula wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence so after a few minutes I went out and asked if someone could help me get my keys so I could leave. They guy who helped me was very friendly. I then notified that my license plate was bent along with the holder. Went back in and was told u prob just need to bend it back as it prob happened when they washed your car. The man came out and helped bend it back but it isn’t perfect. I was told that I could get it fixed next time I brought my vehicle back in. I thanked him and left. I was so mad a the again terrible customer service that I received I couldn’t even address it at the time because i didn’t want to make a seen. I swear I will never purchase a vehicle from you or new tires and I will strongly discourage anyone I know from buying from you. This is the second bad review I have given with no response. I gave you another chance just in case it was an isolated event but clearly it is not. I guess Machens doesn’t care about customer service. More

I t is always easy to get information and helpful advice I had to take car for 25,000 miles sevice and Paula Ortiz is always helpful and willing to accommodate my needs no matter how busy she happens to be. Good. Staff is always friendly. The staff are very nice and will let you know if any problems with the car.
