James“Jim” Clutter is a liar and master manipulator! I’ll never be back!! My boyfriend took a look at my receipt and explained to me that there were services on there marked “customer requests” that I I’ll never be back!! My boyfriend took a look at my receipt and explained to me that there were services on there marked “customer requests” that I NEVER requested and nothing was explained to me! On top of being cheated, indicator lights came on just and hours after leaving the shop! Jim screened my calls for a week. I had to show up to the shop to get some assistance. I expected better treatment after spending thousands. I asked for 6 services and ended up with 14 total and indicator lights appear just hours after leaving the shop. The manager allowed me to return for a tire sensor replacement. After the alleged work was completed my tire pressure light came on again after leaving. I don’t believe they actually replaced it. I lost money taking off of work only for the problem to remain. I will tell everyone and I’ll never bring my car there again! More
