Jeff Cramer is the sales associate I worked with. He was professional and maintained a no pressure sales demeanor throughout my time working with him. Jeff took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me some options. Upon settling on a vehicle Jeff informed me the vehicle was in transit to the dealership. Jeff made me fully aware of the timeframe and steps I needed to take to secure a deposit on it. It took a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive, during this time Jeff kept me informed with regular updates. Closing on the vehicle was very easy and the team made me feel comfortable throughout the process. More

I was recently at the dealership for maintenance of my 2016 CRV and I decided to browse the show room to see the latest models, I was greeted by Charlie Bippart and Bud Metz, their professionalism and kin 2016 CRV and I decided to browse the show room to see the latest models, I was greeted by Charlie Bippart and Bud Metz, their professionalism and kind manner made my recent visit a pleasant one, they were helpful and answered any questions I had. I had my new 2023 Accord serviced recently, to address a nail in my right rear tire. Troy was very helpful, as was Lucy who arranged my appointment. It was fixed quickly but 2 days later my tire pressure l nail in my right rear tire. Troy was very helpful, as was Lucy who arranged my appointment. It was fixed quickly but 2 days later my tire pressure light came on. I then spoke with Charlie Bippart (who sold me the car) and he and Bud Metz walked me through how to calibrate the tire pressure from the vehicle itself, without having to return for further service. Great service! and Fast! More
