The Automotive Group also provides shelter, food, clothing and counseling to homeless women and children by donating to the Oliver Gospel Mission for their new construction of Toby’s Place facility. Jim Hudson has also donated a blood mobile, 3 Emergency Response Vehicles, 2 Vans to the American Red Cross and donates regularly to other local charities including the American Heart Association, Special Olympics, D.A.R.E., and The South Carolina Troopers Association. In addition, Jim Hudson has personally served as a sponsor for the charitable organizations of Lexington Medical Center Foundation, March of Dimes, Prisma Health Foundation, SC Highway patrol foundation and The Boy Scouts of American Indian Waters Council. In recognition for all his charitable work, Jim Hudson was presented with the Order of the Palmetto, the state’s highest honor, for his extraordinary work and dedication to the citizens of SC. Mr. Capers was an awesome salesman. Very professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions. However, the receptionist sucked and showed no concern or care for the customer. When I came in the dealersh knowledgeable and answered my questions. However, the receptionist sucked and showed no concern or care for the customer. When I came in the dealership, the receptionist did not acknowledged me, she was on cell phone holding a conversation and never looked my way or asked how she could help me after standing there for about 3-5 mins. I walked off to see if Mr. Capers was in his office, and he was not. So I came back up front and she still did not acknowledged me or asked what i need and still on her phone. It took another salesman to come and help me. That is very poor customer service when someone is spending money at a well known dealership. If it was not for Mr. Capers, I would have taken my money and business elsewhere. Having great customer service plays a big part in a business and it will and can determine if a person will do business with you.She does not need to be a front desk person. More

Most outstanding customer service ever! !! Mark was and continues to be consistently in touch and awesome! I was in a situation where getting to the dealership was difficult so he had a car !! Mark was and continues to be consistently in touch and awesome! I was in a situation where getting to the dealership was difficult so he had a car brought to my home. Incredible! Theron, the young man how brought the car was professional, well spoken and knew EVERYTHING about the car. He was able to answer all my questions and help me decide on which model would suit me needs. Mark layed claim to my car while it was still on the ship so I would get one as soon as it arrived at the dealership. The turnover was awesome as well. I was greeted at my car (which was decorated with a giant red bow) with a dozen roses, a bottle of wine and a Lexus tumbler, awesome final touches! I continue to get follow up calls from Mark. I had a great experience with the Lexus roadside service as well. And the service department is as good as the sales department. All and all the ONLY place to purchase a car! ❤️ More
