Bait and switch tactic from first phone call. John gave me numbers of monthly note. Dealership had all my information for credit and tax purposes, but stated to me that they didn’t know what taxes are for my state. Stated to me that they don’t run numbers until customer is present. Soo all lies on false numbers throughout the process. They have me an interest rate that changes once I get in the store. By far the poorest experience. Your guys make up false numbers just to get people in the door from distances away. Your guys know what numbers are and they flat out lied. More

Just did I was supposed to meet with the service man but nobody knew what service center he work at went to Elder ford first they oh no he doesn't work he works across the street .
