My experience at Longo Toyota was beyond excellent. I went in to have a “recall” taken care of. The estimated time for this repair would be about 3 hours. Knowing that the repair could possibly take this long and how it would be such an inconvenience to wait for my vehicle, he provided me with a rental car.
