Told me 1-2 weeks but took over 6 weeks. Broke my windshield and billed me for it. Truck sat for 4 days with nothing being done when the service center was supposed to install a speaker. I am pleased with the service but have an issue with agents advising that I need break pads and filters when they aren’t needed. I declined the service and checked and replaced the parts in question. When completed I returned to your dealership and showed the service mgr the parts I had replaced. He concurred that the air filter was good and while worn the break pads were not excessively worn. While there I showed him a scratch on the rear passenger side quarter panel. He advised me that they would make good and repair. Since then the damage has been repaired to my satisfaction. Overall I have been pleased with James Wood Chev and Hyn service. More
