Customer service was good diagnosis was as expected. However I did arrive early and still manage to have a three hour wait to determine that my AC compressor didn’t work. Notice came last year about a recall. I made an appointment, brought my truck in then was told I had to wait until a defect became clear. I received another notice in February that the recall hasn’ appointment, brought my truck in then was told I had to wait until a defect became clear. I received another notice in February that the recall hasn’t been done. I called and was told the part would take 2 weeks to come in, I made an appointment on 4/14/21. I receive 3 emails notifying me of the appointment . I left the truck at the service department between 7:30 and 8:00 on 4/14/21. We never received notice that it was completed so at 2:00 that day and was told it has not been worked on and I could leave it overnight or pick it up and make another appointment . I left it overnight and did not get any notification it was done all day. On 4/15/21. I called around 2:00 and I was told it was completed. I picked up my truck at 4:00. So I can’t understand the definition of an appointment.? With notices given , bringing it in on the time given and never being told about the delay. Very poor customer service. More
