When asked to rate Chevy I gave 5 stars. The reason I gave 5 stars is because it was a day when I chose to go with the flow. In the past I have never ever trusted sales men. I went with intention to get the right vehicle that would be just enough for the jobs ahead. I’ve been horizontal too long. In my opinion Bill handled the sales process flawlessly. It truly felt like talking to an old friend.

Flow Chevy of Winston Salem Written a few reviews of my recent purchase experience! No response from the dealership even though they answer the review with call us, which I did and left a VM! They advertise an everyone gets it price! You go in and there’s a tacked on package for additional $5K! For what and they can not tell you Infact they can not tell if anything was done! Basically for a clear film on the front of the car and a imaginary protection package, They tell you your trade $5K less in trade than it’s worth and then still it out on their lot for $8K more and they only washed it, they just lie! Do not waste your time It’s old school bait and switch in a modern transparency day! Stay clear plenty of other Chevy dealers out there Modern, Van Nort, Randy Marion All of these have been better than this experience Mike Claremont NC

DO NOT go to parks Chevrolet kernersville for a car. They do not care about your needs. A guy named Alex helped me get a suv. I explained to him that i was unable to afford the original monthly payments so his team agreed that they could take off alittle over a hundred off. The finance manager mentioned a powertrain warranty but never asked if i wanted to proceed with it. I sign in online and my payments are the exact amount i told him i couldn’t afford. These people do not care about your needs only their commision.
