The customer service I received was amazing at 495 Mazda! My toddler fell a sleep on the way to the shop and they gave me an office so she would not be disturbed. We looked at a number of vehicles and ultimately landed on the right one for me. Once the decision was made, Bob worked with us and introduced us to the rest of the team. The day I picked up the car, Bob took the time to show me the ins and out of the vehicle and the Mazda app., as well as introduced me to the service manager and an appointment for first service was booked. The GM Sean went above and beyond! I can’t thank him enough!!
