Excellent service department. Went there after buying a used 2021 Mazda CX-30 from another dealer that wasn’t a Mazda dealership. I went in for the 40,000 mile service and I reall Went there after buying a used 2021 Mazda CX-30 from another dealer that wasn’t a Mazda dealership. I went in for the 40,000 mile service and I really didn’t need it at that point in time. The service department manager was excellent, and everybody was extremely informative and helpful! They saved me a few hundred dollars at minimum today, when they could have easily let me spend more but they informed me that it wasn’t necessary at this point in Tim. Highly recommend. Will be bringing my Mazda here for the rest of the time I have it until I buy a new one from them. More

Salesperson, Dave Duffin, was wonderful! He was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to do business with! He took the time to explain the control panel. And, he made a bit of a scene by reprimanding my salesperson as my husband and I were leaving his office. He could have waited until we left the building to discuss it. It made us feel very uncomfortable. More

They took me earlier than expected, gave me a time frame for the work involved, and were very friendly. The waiting area was very nice and of course the french bulldog was adorable :) for the work involved, and were very friendly.
