Great buying experience I'm been getting my TL serviced at the dealership for the past 3 years and it was only logical to choose Acura Columbus for my new RDX. Right from t I'm been getting my TL serviced at the dealership for the past 3 years and it was only logical to choose Acura Columbus for my new RDX. Right from the start everyone I communicated with made sure they were clear and detailed in their communication. Also they managed to coordinate and get all the accessories I requested on time. Matt made sure that most of the work and documentation was done prior to my coming in to pick up the car. Dave walked me through the features of the new vehicle and ensured I drove off with confidence. Adam ensured the finance and BMV document were all taken care of. If I had to sum it up I'd say the experience was pleasurable and easy.
