Our consultant (Mike Pe Car buying/leasing experiences can be stressful for most people as some sales consultants may engage in high pressure tactics. Our consultant (Mike Perkins) at Columbus Acura seemed to care about our needs and attempted to achieve a "deal" ( without pressure) we could be happy to drive home. Even though Mike was new to the Acura sales department he answered all our questions/ involving others help if he was uncertain.We are thrilled with our MDX purchase. Ian was very thorough completing the paperwork as quickly as possible. We had visited with MIke Shay on an earlier visit when he kindly explained it would likely not be to our financial benefit to return our lease 6 months early. Thanks Acura. More

Quick battery replacement I needed to replace the battery in my 2014 MDX. It left me stranded three times so I knew that it needed to be replaced. After having my car jump started, I took it immediately to Acura Columbus without a scheduled appointment. I was immediately assisted and the car was looked at and the battery was charged. I appreciate that the battery was checked first and it was realized that only a charge was needed. There was no cost and my car is now running beautifully. More
