Fast forward a day and I needed to do a pre-purchase inspection which was totally fine by them. The whole time I never felt pressured to make the purchase. When it came time to make the purchase the process was very easy and relaxed. I didn't negotiate a price because I felt the car was priced pretty fairly considering the avg price of sales in the are. I am a happy customer and will recommend this dealership to others. I didn't get the bad vibes i normally get from salesman at other dealerships which was a MAJOR plus. Thank you all again! More
I was an out of town customer looking for a specific Acura model & year. David McDonald worked with me to provide pictures of specific areas of the car so I could be certain it was worth the trip from P Acura model & year. Besides a few small blemishes, this was the car I was looking for. The only part of the entire experience that wasn’t good was David got a little frustrated and snippy with my wife during the final price negotiation. My wife had valid questions about the value of the car based on whether payment was to be in check or financed and David’s response was not appropriate. Other than this the whole crew worked to get us in and out as quickly as possible and let us use their lunch room for our special diets. Thank you David and Acura Columbus. More

I recently visited Acura of Columbus in early October to purchase a vehicle and I wanted to give accolades to the team up to and including the owner, John. The team consisting of Nick (Sales) and Dwayne ( purchase a vehicle and I wanted to give accolades to the team up to and including the owner, John. The team consisting of Nick (Sales) and Dwayne (finance) at Acura of Columbus are friendly, trusting and possess a professional demeanor. Their friendly and professional demeanor are a welcome (and rare) find in the automotive sales field. Trust is critical when shopping for a vehicle which makes the car buying experience easy and satisfying. Last but not least, the culture of an organization starts at the top. Communication and engagement from the owner John, speak volumes to the company values and behaviors in his organization. Good job Acura of Columbus! More

He was available to meet me on the weekend when I came into town and he made the process of buying the car easy from start to finish. Extremely professional and pleasant to work with. From the minute I walked in Acura of Columbus I felt taken care of. Steve Ault was so phenomenal - very informative, patient and most importantly listened to my wants/needs. Fast forward to now, my lease is up and without hesitation went back for round two. While Steve was out of the office, I felt confident any other employee could take care of me. I was right! Mike Shay was also just as fantastic. Ian Quick in finance was great as well. They both answered any and all questions/concerns I had. I am now a proud driver of a new TLX and could not be happier!! Committed to their customers My mom and I both had 2017 RDX leases that ended in the beginning of 2020 from Lindsey Acura. We started our next Acura search at Lindsey and were we not treated with respect or like loyal customers (my parents have been purchasing Acuras since 1989 and I have also have had two Acuras myself). We left extremely disappointed and I decided to stop in to Acura of Columbus a couple days later with my husband. I was greeted immediately by Francesco and he started going to work for us. Not only was he kind, he also treated us with respect and we could tell he was committed to getting us a price that would make us comfortable, and he did so very efficiently! Francesco was not pushy or overly "salesy," he just genuinely wanted us to be happy. I was able to get a great deal on a 2020 Acura RDX and I sent my mom over so she could get her new car too! Also, thank you to Adam Hannah for working quickly to get us through the finance stage and Dave MacDonald for helping us a couple days later when Francesco was out of the office! We are excited to be working with Acura of Columbus! Thank you for selling us both our new cars and showing a true commitment to your customers! More
