Employees make the experience great Everyone in the service center has a great attitude. I ask a lot of questions or the same question, however people are so patient and explain again to Everyone in the service center has a great attitude. An employee working with me collects Acura Hot Wheels and the cars are displayed in his work area. My 6 year old daughter asked him about his cars. He gave her a car, it made her day. She LOVES it and plays with it everyday. All of the employees in the building are so patient and calm with children and interact with them. I've been to establishments where employees are rude when children start asking questions or walk in different areas. More

Great customer service !!! I stopped by because my taillight was not working and Todd immediately assisted!!! Someone from the service department came out to do a quick ch !!! I stopped by because my taillight was not working and Todd immediately assisted!!! Someone from the service department came out to do a quick check to see exactly which lights were not working! Todd then had the car checked in to determine if it was a fuse! After 20 minutes it was determined that the service department needed more time and I was set up with a loaner so that I could go to a meeting!! Thanks More

This is a convenient way for Acura / Honda to avoid fixing issue. As a many year Acura owner this has soured my ownership experience to the point I likely would not purchase another Acura. I cannot accept that a vehicle taking nosedives upon acceleration is "normal" for a $50,000 vehicle. In farness to the Dealership, I see this as a product issue which up to this point, Acura has no intention of correcting. More
