Always a good experience I had taken my RDX in to diagnose a rattle that I was hearing. While in for that service, I had some other needed work done on the car. When the servi I had taken my RDX in to diagnose a rattle that I was hearing. While in for that service, I had some other needed work done on the car. When the service advisor (Jami) was told that parts would be needed (but they were on backorder), she called right away to explain the situation. She was very apologetic for there being a delay in getting the car totally repaired, but the drivability of the car isn't affected and once the parts come in, they will call to reschedule. I'm fine with all this because communication was quick and I know the service advisor did all she could. Even though the car needs to go back when the parts are available, it was still a good experience. More
