Excellent Experience I found the used Honda Accord EX-L I was looking for online at Acura Columbus. When my husband and I were ready to make an appointment, Matthew had Adam schedule with us. Adam was just as nice as Matthew and we appreciated his work on our behalf to negotiate a purchase price we could all agree on. The whole purchase procedure went very smoothly and quickly and everyone we dealt with made us feel like they truly appreciated our business. Will not honor their word I purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago and was super pleased with the service and the way that they handled some of the cosmetic defects at the time. I purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago and was super pleased with the service and the way that they handled some of the cosmetic defects at the time. However they schedule an appointment for me to get these defects fixed. I stated that I would be out of town and would have to drop off the car off a few days early and I would need a loaner vehicle. They at that time agreed to give me a loaner vehicle but then when I arrive they denied the loaner vehicle and Mark stated he won’t give me a loaner for that time. Very unhappy with their service after the purchase of the vehicle. More
