In the follow up email asking for feedback, I stated my questions not knowing whether I would ever hear anything back. However, within thirty minutes I had a response from the owner of the company promising me he would research my questions and get back to me. Within a couple hours he had tracked down the folks with the answers and had created a solution for my lingering questions. This has been a family owned business since 1986, and taking care of the customer is definitely their priority. More
