We are new to Acura/Honda cars since buying this used Acura vehicle in late 2022. It is a classy looking vehicle but we did not have much knowledge base on its performance. We always heard Honda have a g Acura vehicle in late 2022. It is a classy looking vehicle but we did not have much knowledge base on its performance. We always heard Honda have a good resale value but had no actual experience with owning them. So you can imagine how we felt when the car would not go into drive or reverse at 130,000 miles! Had the car towed to Dublin Acura dealership for diagnostics testing. We were sure this was going to be an over the top (like new transmission) expense. Sure, no one wants to have to take a car in for anything major but we were relieved to hear “must do” repair was broken drive shaft rather than a new transmission! Suggested additional work included belt replacement and oil transmission service which we did. Thank you for the confidence building comments from Jami at check out that the 2011 Acura TL is a great vehicle and should be good to go for quiet some time now. More
