They were still polite and professional, but in the three people with whom I interacted, they were "on script". [2] Yesterday was the first disappointment I have had at the Acura dealer in many years. I was disappointed because they had treated me "by the book". They checked my mileage and made recommendations, asking me to change my ATF fluid--but I drive a manual transmission car. I felt that they looked at the wrong car. Why didn't they check the fluid, in which case they would have seen that I didn't have an automatic transmission. [3] The prices have gone up. Yesterday, an oil change with the customary inspections, is about $50. Although it is good to have a thorough inspection for my comfort, the comfort is replaced with apprehension if I think they looked at the wrong car. I still would continue with this dealer. It is still the best for service, professionalism, and quality, but now instead of taking my car there by habit, I will be price-checking with others in the future. More

Service partially done. I was able to get same day service and get a bad battery replaced under warranty in a timely manner. But after arriving home I found the battery hadn I was able to get same day service and get a bad battery replaced under warranty in a timely manner. But after arriving home I found the battery hadn’t been fastened down. It only took a couple of minutes to fix but could have caused some bigger issues. Over all a pretty good experience. More

My keys did not work for my Acura RDX 2014. Well...to be rather blunt...they kicked xxx. I was a last minute, spur of the moment problem child! I had no appointment, no plan, and dumped a maj Well...to be rather blunt...they kicked xxx. I was a last minute, spur of the moment problem child! I had no appointment, no plan, and dumped a major problem on them at the very last minute as I was heading to work. What did they do?. Got me in, gave me a free loaner vehicle at the last minute, and solved the problem within 24 hours. I picked up my car the next day and all issues were resolved. I simply cannot say enough about this team! I must say however the price to replace these Acura keys is outrageous. But that is not the fault of the staff at Acura. Maybe I should blame Bill Gates? China? Everyone in Silicon Valley? I will find out.....at get back to you. :) More
