I haven't had a single phone call returned since I purchased a vehicle there recently. A certified used vehicle doesn't get checked until after purchase and the purchaser pays for the certification. After picking up my vehicle a few weeks later I had a weak battery and no one in the sales or service department was able to tell me if the car battery was covered in the purchased warranty contract or certification. They would refer back and forth to go see the service department and then the service department would say to go to to your sales person. I left messages when I was transfered to the the other departments. The people there a friendly and courteous, however customers need an answer when they something resolved. More

Extremely poor experience. I purchased a 2020 RDX AWD in July, for export. Inexplicable delays at their end re paperwork (including sending urgent papers by the slowest FedEx I purchased a 2020 RDX AWD in July, for export. I did not drive the vehicle for 1 month due to travels (it would have arrived earlier if they had been on the ball). Shortly after my return it developed a clicking sound in the speaker system. Intensely annoying and distracting when driving (and I believe a genuine safety issue given how distracting it is). Plus, cannot use infotainment system for music or calls. All this on a Tech spec RDX. 5 mins internet research showed this is a known issue for this model. Subject of a service bulletin and a warranty extension etc. The reaction of Acura of Pembroke Palms? Washed their hands. They will SELL me components to carry out what is a large fix but refuse to supply them free of charge. $99. Against a vehicle that I paid almost $38,000 for. What was the $799 dealer fee for if not to check that a car under warranty has had all service bulletins applied. Whatever you do, if you are thinking of buying from this dealer, exercise real caution. I would never give them my business again. More
