Jordan Ferber and Lucas Perez got me checked in quickly and set up in a loaner vehicle while they worked on my ILX. They called me when the work was done, and when I arrived back my car was clean and ready and set up in a loaner vehicle while they worked on my ILX. They called me when the work was done, and when I arrived back my car was clean and ready to go. The valet caught me as I was leaving to hand me back my SunPass transponder I had left in the loner!
