The complaint is being addressed by Acura Client Relations. I spoke with them again today regarding the front end suspension (which took 7 months to fully repair) as well as the paint issue which w Relations. I spoke with them again today regarding the front end suspension (which took 7 months to fully repair) as well as the paint issue which was also raised in October 2022. I have yet to be called regarding when the field rep will be on-site to examine the paint which appears to be pealing the way that the white pearl paint did on the 2014 MDX (recalled). Finally, I raised the dealership’s unwillingness to find a replacement brake bulb and socket knowing one cannot drive legally in FL without one. Two other dealers were able to accommodate within a reasonable time and were professional and helpful. More

Mechanical service was great but picked car up on Sunday when service rep was not there and manager Giovanni spoke very rude to us when we asked for help to get our car out of locked area. He said wife had when service rep was not there and manager Giovanni spoke very rude to us when we asked for help to get our car out of locked area.
