I was involved in a car accident in September where my car was totaled. I was in need of a new car and went to several dealerships in South Florida in attempt of getting a car that I wanted the soonest. car was totaled. I was in need of a new car and went to several dealerships in South Florida in attempt of getting a car that I wanted the soonest. I ended up at a Mercedes dealership where I put a down payment on a VIN number. I tried Acura Pembroke Pines again because they showed a car as available online. They informed me that the car was sold but they would have cars coming in if I would like to place one on hold. I explained that I already had a car on hold and no thanks because the wait would be too long. After speaking with my salesman (Anthony), he convinced me to purchase the car I wanted and I would be taken care of until I was able to receive my car. After a few hiccups, I was provided with a loaner car since I didn’t have a car to use. Crossing fingers that my new car comes in soon! Financing process was easy and straight forward with no additional market up-charge. The dealership is nice, clean, and service has always been top notch. I plan to continue doing business here in the future. More
