Thought I got a good deal on 2011 Toyota Corolla. Discussed with mgr and saleman ...no warrantee/sold as is...but assured the stellar reputation of Accura of Pembroke Pines,,,they did a thorough ins Discussed with mgr and saleman ...no warrantee/sold as is...but assured the stellar reputation of Accura of Pembroke Pines,,,they did a thorough inspection. Got the car off the lot and then noticed 5 mins later...gas level on EMPTY...ok, no problem..tried to release gas cap door but the spring was broken. I had to force it open, bending until it came off. That cost me $240 + $75 paint job to replace. No spare key was given. That cost $402. The front left axel seal leak was estimated at $750 (a cost I accept with the price of buying a used car). They had to know about the gas cap door not opening and they never refueled because of it. Their lucky day that I didn't noticed. But, that alone is incongruous with purporting a stellar reputation in my book. Cautionary tale of my own stupidity for you not to believe the hype at this dealership. More

I have been leasing cars from Acura for over 20 years and I would think if you have a default or defect in the car mechanical or your paint is stripping after a year and a half you should get it repaired or I would think if you have a default or defect in the car mechanical or your paint is stripping after a year and a half you should get it repaired or replaced without all the politics like waiting for someone to approve the service and that person only come to the dealer once a month. If you come for service and you have to pay for the service they take your car in immediately without waiting for approval. I think if you are still paying for the lease every month and there is a defect from the manufacturer on the car the service should take care of the defect because you still want to car to look good while you still paying for the lease More
