I called requiring unexpected emergency service to replace my starter. Mack was there (even amid this Coronavirus pandemic)! He advised that a loaner car would be made available while my car was in service. Superb service...I am so thankful! Kudos to Ed Phillippe in the Loaner Dept also who provided reassurance that a good starter was a smart decision! He made sure I was provided a comparable V6 loaner as I waited for my car. More
