Acura of Berlin continues to operate as a top dealership. Jonathan in service is an asset to your dealership. As I needed a transmission replaced on my 2020 RDX he took complete ownership of the repair. The Jonathan in service is an asset to your dealership. The work was covered under the 7 year drivetrain warranty and Jonathan kept me informed daily of everything from getting the repair approved, ordering the parts, when the parts came in, when the work started and the job was completed.
