It was like having a conversation that just flowed and I didn’t feel pushed. I pretty much knew what I wanted but wasn’t sure if a lease was the best thing for me. Well, after asking a million questions I realized it was the perfect choice for me. He was so easy to work with and I appreciate the fact that he didn’t come across like a typical salesman lol. Sorry to those of you that follow and hate being labeled that way. James is someone my husband and I would hang out with! Timing was right, place was right, dealing with James was completely right and leasing an amazing sporty RDX was 100% the right decision!! I will be back!!! Keith is Great in the service department, He is always very helpful, friendly and when my daughter and I have him we have not issues. Frustrated with how you make an appointment online with a specific service man and then you just get who ever is available first. What is the point of choosing who you want. Made an appointment in August for a recall appointment was told they don't have loaners, but could possible give me one if they have my car after a week. Then someone I know was called to bring their car in the next day and was provided a loaner. I Go out of convenience otherwise I would choice another dealership. More
