My experience with Acura of Berlin was positive from the very beginning. I had already decided that I wanted the Acura MDX and was very determined to get one. I visited several dealerships while shopping around, but I wasn't able to get a price that I felt was right. When I came to Acura of Berlin, Raj (Navaraj Sankar) greeted me and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He made the experience comfortable and was genuinely invested in helping me get the right vehicle. Eric and Zeon were also great to work with and were able to give me a very good price, which ultimately made me decide to purchase from Acura of Berlin. I live quite far away, but the deal I received made the drive and the extra hassle absolutely worth it. After purchasing the MDX, I noticed a scratch on the passenger-side window glass that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. The dealership took care of it and replaced the glass. The service department was also excellent and handled the issue smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience with Raj, Eric, Zeon, and the service department. Even though Acura of Berlin is far from where I live, I would make the drive again. The great pricing, excellent customer service, and support even after the sale made it completely worth it. I highly recommend Acura of Berlin. More
